An exercise device for compression exercises is adjustable in height and in compression force. The device includes a central housing and a plurality of plungers extending from a top side. A support member is attached to the housing on a bottom side. The support member is movable longitudinally relative to the housing and plungers from a fully retracted position to a fully extended position and is lockable in a plurality of intermediate longitudinal positions to vary the height of the device. Each plunger is operatively associated with an internal bias member that biases the plunger away from the housing. Resistance force on a plunger is adjustable via changing tension of the associated bias member with an adjustment knob to finely adjust tension. An installed bias member is removable and replaceable with a different bias member to coarsely adjust tension.

Embodiments of the disclosure provide an exercise apparatus that may be converted from a horizontally oriented bed to a vertically oriented exercise station with various attachments. The exercise apparatus includes locking means to secure it in either the vertical orientation or the horizontal orientation. Further, attachments include a rack attachment with telescopic legs.

An interactive exercise apparatus for guiding a user to perform an exercise includes a frame, a mirror, a display device, a driving mechanism, and a control unit. The mirror is movably mounted on the frame and configured to reflect an image of the user. The display device is disposed on a backside of the mirror and visible through the mirror. The driving mechanism is configured to drive the mirror to move with respect to the frame. The control unit is operable to control the driving mechanism according to a location of the user so as to control the mirror to move to a suitable position where the user can see their reflected image.

The game table includes a table top structure and a first and second table side wall structure extending downwards from the table top structure arranged to form a channel-like game space having a first opening and a second opening at opposite ends of the channel-like game space. A basketball training apparatus has a basketball hoop with a circular rim and a backboard adjacent to the hoop adjacent to a playing surface. A backboard frame assembly supports the backboard relative to the playing surface to be movable between a plurality of different working positions, in which each different working position corresponds to a different angular orientation of the backboard about the upright hoop axis. By effectively rotating the basketball net about the hoop axis, all the shooting positions of the half court can be simulated while the player remains in one position. This allows for the amount of space required to practice shooting at various points of a court to be done in a much more confined space.

An exercise device comprises a base and a rotation assembly movably attached to the base. The rotation assembly comprises an exercise interface assembly comprising at least one exercise support portion configured to be moved by a user, a crank assembly comprising at least one crank rotatably attached to the at least one exercise support portion and configured to be rotated about a crank rotational axis by the at least one exercise support portion, and a flywheel assembly comprising a flywheel configured to be rotated about a flywheel rotational axis due to rotation of the at least one crank. A training device useful at least for exercises for bicep workouts and strengthening is configurable for multiple types of movement and use. The training device has a frame, two arm cradles attached in variable configurations, and a multi-use strap. The arm cradles are removable from the frame for re-configuration or for storage and transport. To configure the training device for compact storage and transportation, the arm cradles can be detached, nestled into the inner side of the frame, and wrapped by the strap. To attain various workout configurations, the arm cradles can be interchanged on the frame, reoriented on the frame, and adjusted to preferred lateral positions on the frame.

A rock climbing wall includes a support wall and a plurality of rock climbing holds attached to the support wall. The rock climbing wall also includes a sensing apparatus that determines that a climber traversing the rock climbing wall has contacted a first one of the plurality of rock climbing holds. In addition, the rock climbing wall includes a control device that, upon receipt of a signal from the sensing apparatus indicative of the climber contacting the first one of the plurality of rock climbing holds, causes at least a second one of the plurality of rock climbing holds to be indicated as an additional hold to be contacted as the climber traverses a climbing route along the wall.
