GLOVE FOR CONFORMING TO HANDS OF VARIOUS SIZES
A glove has a palm side and a back side joined at a side edge to form a glove body. The palm side and the back side are constructed from a stretch material. Panels attach to the stretch material on the palm side to form finger parts, palm parts and a back part. The panels are separated from each other by the stretch material to allow relative movement. Elastic bands attached to the panels on the back side adjust the fit. A thumb part has a gusset of the stretch material. Grip surfaces have an embossed texture with indentations.
CLIMBING WALL ASSEMBLIES
The present disclosure is directed to climbing wall assemblies having a variety of improvements. For instance, the climbing wall assemblies may include connectors to attach the surface panels to the framework, in which the connectors may be mounted substantially anywhere along the front of the framework and at substantially any angle, providing for the securement of climbing panels in various geometries. The climbing wall assemblies may also include braces that may easily be adjusted to a desired length and configuration during construction of a climbing wall. The climbing wall assemblies may also include variable-angle, integral front posts, which provide for the easy and stable securement of climbing panels in various geometries. These improvements provide climbing wall assemblies that may be easily assembled to produce a desirable climbing wall structure having few framework components.
ELECTRIC TREADMILL
An electric treadmill includes a motor and a motor driving circuit. The motor driving circuit is operable to control electric current flow from a positive electrode through the motor to a negative electrode to drive the motor. The motor driving circuit has a switch path connected between the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The switch path has a resistance element and a switch element connected in series. When the motor driving circuit receives power from the external power source, the switch element will automatically switch to an open state so that the resistance element is inactive; and when the motor driving circuit does not receive power from the external power source, the switch element will automatically switch to an closed state so that the resistance element is operated to provide a resistive load for stopping rotation of the endless belt.
Multi-purpose adjustable-incline climbing wall
Embodiments of the present invention are directed to an adjustable-incline climbing wall. The climbing wall includes one or more climbing panels supported by a frame and a system for adjusting the incline of the frame to provide a climbing wall of a desired incline. The incline of the climbing wall may be adjusted by activating an actuator, which extends the frame a distance from a support wall, tilting the climbing wall to a desired incline. Further, by providing a plurality of attachment points between the actuator and the frame (and/or between the actuator and a support), the adjustable-incline climbing wall may be provided with a wider range of incline angles, as well as increased control over those angles.
Combination exercise rack adjustment device
A combination exercise rack adjustment device allows the combination exercise rack to have multiple positions for an upright. The positions translate to different angles that are used for specific exercises such as bench press and squats. The device has a cam with an extension that dictates the angle of the upright. In the preferred embodiment, a post is described that includes the adjustment device.
NECK EXERCISE DEVICE AND SYSTEM
A neck exercise device and system are disclosed. An implementation of the device can include a head harness having an adjustable headband and a first cranial strap having each end attached to the headband. The device can further include a plurality of attachment members.
Golf alignment rod
An alignment rod includes a first rod and a second rod movably connected to each other, and a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod connecting the first rod and the second rod. The first rod and the second rod substantially overlap each other in a collapsed configuration, and the first rod and the second rod are spaced apart from each other in an expanded configuration.
SOFTBALL PITCHING THIGH PAD
A pad protecting a pitcher's thigh has a tube containing a flexible pad around a front of the tube but not between the pitcher's legs and at least a portion of the back of the tube. A belt encircles the pitcher's waist and a padded top portion and connecting strip connect to the belt and extend laterally from the pitcher's navel to just past the pitcher's hip and extends downward to connect to the front of the tube. The padding covers a strike area where the pitcher's glove arm and glove hit the pitcher's hip and thigh when throwing a fast pitch softball.
TENNIS SERVE TOSS AID
A tennis serve toss aid comprising: 1) a ring member to be placed on a finger of the non-racket holding hand of a tennis player, 2) a bowl member that holds the tennis ball, and 3) a connector member that allows the bowl member to be attached to the ring member in a variety of orientations, The tennis serve toss training aid trains the tennis player to control the tennis ball without use of the fingers to release the ball, supinate the palm, lock the wrist and elbow, and use the tossing arm as a simple lever which moves from a down position to an up position. As the arm moves to an up position the ball is released from the bowl member due to inertia. This allows the tennis player to be able to repeatedly toss the tennis ball to substantially the same position in the air where it can be struck consistently with the tennis racket to deliver the serve.
CYCLING DEVICE
A cycling device used for exercise and/or rehabilitation includes a shaft for grasping by a user, a foot assembly coupled to the shaft and configured to be supported on a surface, and a pedal assembly coupled between the shaft and the foot assembly. The cycling device is intended to be used by a seated user.
