Golf club heads with golf coupling mechanisms
Embodiments of golf coupling mechanisms for joining golf club heads and shafts are described herein. The golf coupling mechanism allows for adjustment of a club head loft angle, a club head lie angle, and a golf club shaft length while utilizing one club head and one shaft. In a fully extended configuration, the golf coupling mechanism includes a shaft sleeve, a removable spacer, and a removable extender, wherein a fastening assembly secures the golf coupling mechanism to the golf club head. In a contracted configuration, the golf coupling mechanism includes the shaft sleeve. The golf coupling mechanism further includes a shaft cap to soften the interaction between the shaft and the golf coupling mechanism. The golf coupling mechanism further comprises one or more arcuate coupler sets to frictionally lock the shaft relative to the golf club head.
Exercise machine connector
An exercise machine component comprises a cable connection base adapted to attach to an end of a cable, a chamber adapted to receive a key through an opening of the chamber, a biasing mechanism within the chamber, and a receiving groove within the chamber wherein the biasing mechanism biases the key against the receiving groove so that the key is securely fixed within the chamber.
Rowing machine exercise device
A rowing machine exercise device includes a vertically adjustable rear support base. The vertically adjustable rear support base includes an outer vertical support beam extending down from the rowing machine frame; an inner vertical support beam received in a telescoping manner within the outer support beam through the bottom of the outer support beam; a latch pin assembly mounted to the outer vertical support beam, where the latch pin assembly includes a latch pin biased to extend through the latch pin hole and any of the adjustment holes that are vertically aligned with the latch pin hole, and where the latch pin assembly includes an actuating tab that overcomes the bias to pull the latch pin from the vertically aligned adjustment hole when actuated; and a lift handle mounted to or part of the outer vertical support beam and/or the rowing machine frame.
Procumbent exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus having a stationary frame, a handlebar assembly, a frontal-torso assembly, a resistance assembly, a rotatable crankset having a pair of crankarms with pedals mounted thereon where the crankset is positioned rearward of the handlebar assembly and the frontal-torso assembly.
Multi-function foldable exercise equipment
An exercising equipment having base formed of a U-shape pipe; first and second arms, each rotatably connected to the base and having a securing knob engageable to affix the arm at an acute angle to the base; first paddle rotatably connected at a first connecting point to the first arm; second paddle rotatably connected at a second connecting point to the second arm; foldable connecting bar assembly connected at one end to the first paddle and at the second end to the second paddle, to thereby form an S-shape together with the first and second paddles when assuming an extended position and form a W-shape together with the first and second paddles when assuming a folded position; and, at least one variable friction pivot assembly attached at the first or second connecting points thereby applying variable friction to rotation of at least one of the first or second paddles.
Exercise machine and method of use
An exercise machine system that allows for completion of a plurality of exercises on one machine is disclosed. The exercise machine system includes a frame having a front bar and a base with a first cross bar extending therebetween; a weight attachment bar pivotally attached to the first cross bar via a pivot joint secured to the first cross bar, the weight attachment bar extending to a weight end; a triangular frame extending from the front bar; a second cross bar extending from the base and coupled to the triangular frame; a body support positioned above the triangular frame, the body support having one or more pads to allow for supporting a person thereon, the body support having one or more bars configured to removably couple to the body support; a leg support secured directly to the body support, the leg support having one or more pads; a cable having a first end and an opposing end; a first pulley secured directly to the leg support via first anchor; and a second pulley secured directly to the weight attachment bar via a second anchor.
Modular exercise system
The present invention is a modular exercise system made up of two handles, a segmented track, and two or more sliding carriages. The invention allows a user to safely and incrementally practice front and side split exercises by providing specific and adjustable stability and support. The invention can be extended to accommodate taller users and can also be fully disassembled and packed into a compact travelling configuration.
Multi-function collapsible exercise apparatus
An exercise apparatus for a person to exercise on a support surface includes two side frames that each include a base member, and a front member and a rear member each pivotally attached to the base member. Each side frame is aligned and mutually fixed together at a rear support member joining the rear members and at a front support member joining the front members. Two barbell support members each have a hook at an upper end thereof for supporting a barbell, and are fixed upright on the base members. The exercise apparatus can be configured into a collapsed configuration, circular weights of the barbell acting as wheels while the person grasps and lifts the front sides of the base members. As such the person is able to wheel the exercise apparatus along the support surface. The exercise apparatus may then be reconfigured into an expanded configuration for use.
Exercise Device
An exercise machine is provided which is configured to place a user in an exercise position, wherein movement during exercise against a load will target the gluteus maximus muscles. The exercise machine positions the body of a user in a lowered or exercise position which supports the user while raising their body to an elevated position, in a manner to stabilize the user and direct movement of the user along the sagittal plane during use, while concurrently isolating the gluteus maximus muscles as the muscles overcoming the load.
LEG STRETCHING APPARATUS
A leg stretching apparatus can be safely used without a risk of damage, with a simple coupling and can be conveniently installed at a site at which leg stretching is desired to enable efficient leg stretching. The leg stretching apparatus includes a fixing plate in which a first fixing plate, which includes a plurality of coupling grooves, and a second fixing plate, which includes a plurality of coupling protrusions corresponding to the coupling grooves, are detachably configured. A fixing part has one end coupled to the first fixing plate and another end equipped with an adjusting part. An elastic string has one end fixed to the fixing part and another end extending in a longitudinal direction of the fixing part, and opposingly branched with two free end portions behind the first fixing plate. A moving part is installed at the second fixing plate to guide the branching of the elastic string.
