Aspects of the disclosure relate to an article carrier or carton for packaging a plurality of articles and to a blank for forming the same. The present disclosure provides an article carrier in the form of a tray, the tray comprising a base panel and a pair of opposed side walls hingedly connected thereto. The carrier comprises a pair of opposed end walls hingedly connected to the base panel. The carrier further comprises at least one corner structure coupling one of the pair of opposed side walls to one of the pair of opposed end walls. The corner structure comprises a corner panel extending between an end wall and a side wall in an erected carrier and hingedly connected to one of said end wall or said side wall by a first hinged connection in the form of a first fold line. The corner structure comprises a web panel hingedly connected to the corner panel by a second hinged connection in the form of a second fold line. The corner structure comprises a securing panel hingedly connected to the web panel by a third hinged connection in the form of a third fold line.

Blank assembly for forming a reinforced, stackable tray container

A blank assembly includes a tray blank having a first end panel assembly, a first side panel assembly, a second end panel assembly, and a second side panel assembly in series. Each panel assembly includes a removable pad panel. The tray blank further includes a bottom panel extending from each panel assembly at a fold line. The blank assembly further includes a first side insert blank configured to couple to the first side panel assembly. The first side insert blank having a removable pad panel configured to at least partially align with the removable pad panel of the first side panel assembly. A second side insert blank is configured to couple to the second side panel assembly. The second side insert blank includes a removable pad panel configured to at least partially align with the removable pad panel of the second side panel assembly.

Stackable container
12275563 · 2025-04-15 ·

A stackable container foldable from a unitary blank providing a tongue-and-groove configuration of interlocking panels and tabs. The tongue-and-groove configuration is in part defined by four tabs that are folded and fixed along an interior of the stackable container, wherein the tab provides a tongue element and wherein a bottom panel of the stackable container provides a groove element for receiving a tongue element of a subjacent container, thereby enabling stacking of two or more stackable containers, one on top of another. In the stacked arrangement, the tongue-and-groove configuration embodied in the present invention prevents, in conjunction with the orientation of corrugated flutes, swaying and shifting of a stacked arrangement of two or more stackable containers.

Container with liner

A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a base layer and a liner at least partially attached to an inner surface of the base layer, a flange comprising a central panel, an opening extending in the central panel, and a sidewall comprising a plurality of panels. Each panel of the plurality of panels can be foldably connected to the central panel, and at least one panel can be foldably connected to the central panel along the opening. A bottom wall can comprise at least first and second bottom panels foldably connected to respective panels. The second bottom panel at least partially overlaps the first bottom panel so that the second bottom panel extends along the inner surface of the base layer, and the first bottom panel extends along the inner surface of the base layer at least via a cutout in the second bottom panel.

Produce trays with reinforced tabs

In accordance with at least one aspect of this disclosure, a blank for forming a container includes a base having a first pair of opposed base edges and a second pair of opposed base edges. The blank includes two first side wall structures, each first side wall structure foldably attached to one of the first base edges and two second side wall structures, each second side wall structure foldably attached to one of the second base edges.
