Carton with locking features
A carton for holding one or more articles includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton, the plurality of panels including a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel. The carton also includes a plurality of end flaps foldably connected to respective panels of the plurality of panels and forming a closed top portion of the carton, the closed top portion of the carton is reconfigurable between a first configuration having a substantially flat profile and a second configuration forming a handle of the carton. The carton also includes locking features for engaging at least one other carton.
Stackable display containers
Disclosed are display containers (e.g., for packaging food items). Certain embodiments of the container are stackable and include a cover portion of the container having a non-flat presentation surface, and one or more stacking recesses defined between the non-flat presentation surface and at least one of the one or more cover body sides. A base portion of the container can include a mating surface shaped to mate with a portion of the non-flat presentation surface when stacked on a corresponding bottom container such that an inside of the corresponding bottom container can be viewed through the non-flat presentation surface of the bottom container. The base body can include one or more stacking feet extending from the base body and configured to insert into the one or more stacking recesses when stacked on the cover portion of the corresponding bottom container such that the one or more stacking feet engage the cover portion.
Weight material dispensing and cutting system
An apparatus includes a receiving module, a conversion module, first and second rollers, a motor, and a cutting head. The receiving module receives a desired weight value. The conversion module converts the desired weight value to a first length of wheel weight material based on a linear density of the wheel weight material. The first and second rollers engage first and second opposing sides of a continuous strip of the wheel weight material. The linear density of the wheel weight material is approximately constant along the continuous strip. The motor directly drives the first roller based on the first length. The cutting head is selectively actuated to cut the wheel weight material.
Device for orienting a stack of containers
A fixing element for orienting vertically stacked cuboid containers has first and second vertical sidewalls and a connecting element wherein the first sidewalls form a right angle with each other and the second sidewalls face the outer sides of the first sidewalls. The fixing element can be form fittingly fastened on the corners of a container, wherein a further container is arranged on the fixing element and is fixed in its horizontal position relative to the first container. The fixing element can be easily released again and reused. An embodiment is disclosed with a connecting element as spacer whereby a spacing of two containers is achieved. When two containers are thus stacked with their upper open sides facing each other a third container can be accommodated therein.
Reinforced gaylord container
A reinforced Gaylord container is provided storage and transport, including stacked storage on a pallet. A core is provided for supporting a majority of a vertical load on the container, instead of such load being delivered to sidewalls. A positioning insert is provided for positioning the core within the container. A plurality of such containers may be placed on respective pallets and stacked.
Transport and storage container
A storage and transport container, in an unassembled state, is composed of a single-piece container blank having a bottom, foldable side and end walls and four corner flaps foldable inwardly at the side walls or the end walls. Respective turnover rims are integrally formed on the side walls and the end walls so that when the turnover rims are folded over, a stacking profile having a hook rim can be attached over the same. Four corner pieces are provided, wherein each corner piece has a base body having an upper stacking rim. Two insertion profiles are integrally formed on the base body, each having an angled profile section at the front end. The angled profile section positively fits in a respective profile recess of the side walls and the end walls. The stacking profiles extend over the insertion profiles flush against the stacking rim.
Tray made from cardboard sheet material, blank, device and method for producing such a tray
A tray made from cardboard sheet material comprising a rectangular bottom and a ring of side walls, i.e., two first opposing side walls, referred to as first walls, at least one of the first walls being connected on either side by first fold lines to end flaps referred to as first flaps, which may or may not themselves be connected respectively at the top part of same to a second flap by a second fold line, and two second opposing side walls, referred to as second walls. The second walls each comprise a rectangular central panel of which the length is less than the length of the bottom, the panel being connected, at each of the lateral ends of same, by a third fold line to a reinforcing member forming a pillar folded and glued to the central panel, and/or to the first flap of the adjacent first wall, i.e., a first reinforcing element located entirely separated from the adjacent first wall, and a second reinforcing element.
TWO IN ONE COMBINATION DISPLAY BOX
A container includes a tray portion configured for holding and displaying product. A cover portion is seated in the tray portion for forming an enclosure around product in the tray portion. The tray portion and the cover portion have the same length and breadth. An opening of the cover portion and/or an opening of the tray portion is slotted with open ended slots to allow at least a portion of the opening of the cover portion and/or a portion of the opening of the tray portion to be biased inward.
Packaging boxes with centring tab, cutouts and set of cutouts, method and device for producing such boxes
A packaging box, cutouts, method and device for producing corrugated cardboard boxes comprising walls, a base (6) and a cover (7), the inner face of the base being provided with at least two recesses (33) and the cover comprising at least two tabs (38) adhered to the upper face thereof, directly above the recesses of complementary shape. The recesses and/or the tabs are situated fully inside the corresponding face or faces (31, 32).
