BLANK FOR FORMING DISPOSABLE CUP AND DISPOSABLE CUP
A blank 10 for forming a disposable cup, the blank including a cardboard sheet designed to be formed into a body of a cup, the blank including an edge 12 in a form of a first arc for forming the bottom edge of the cup, and a folding line for forming the rim of the cup, wherein the folding line for forming the rim of the cup contains a first folding line 14 formed by a plurality of interconnected arc-shaped folding lines 16 each arcing to the opposite direction than the first arc, and wherein a foldable wing 18 extends form each arc-shaped folding line, the wings being configured to be folded towards the center of the formed cup to lock onto each other to form a cover over the opening of the cup. The present application also provides a disposable cup formed from the blank, and a method for preparing a disposable cup.
Carton For An Article
A carton for holding at least one article includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the carton, the plurality of panels comprising a front panel, a back panel, and at least one side panel, at least one top end flap foldably connected to a panel of the plurality of panels, and at least one bottom end flap foldably connected to a panel of the plurality of panels. The at least one bottom end flap is for forming a closed bottom of the carton and the at least one top end flap is for forming a closed top of the carton. The closed top of the carton has a square configuration and the closed bottom has a round configuration.
PACKAGING SLEEVE
The package includes a first sleeve, the first sleeve including, a first front panel and a first back panel that oppose each other, a first side panel and a second side panel that oppose each other, and at least one first top panel that at least partially assists in closing a first end of the first sleeve. A respective free edge of the first front panel, the first back panel, the first side panel and the second side panel collectively define a first opening at a second end of the first sleeve. The first front panel, the first back panel, the first side panel and the second side panel collectively form a first rounded corner and a second rounded corner on the first end of the first sleeve.
PACKAGING BOX
Disclosed is a packaging box which includes a box body. The packaging box includes a cavity defined in the box body and a side wall surrounding the cavity, a support frame that disposed on an inner side of the side wall, and a bottom plate that is disposed in the cavity and at an end of the support frame. The support frame is integrated with the box body, an opening is provided in the box body, and the support frame is formed by bending the side wall located at the opening toward the cavity.
CURVED PANEL AND METHOD OF FORMING THE SAME
A method of forming a board into a curved panel, including: providing a cutting tool having a support portion and a cutting portion, the cutting portion having a first cutting edge, and a plurality of second cutting edges disposed adjacent each other and recessed relative to the first cutting edge by a defined offset dimension; placing a corrugated board on the support portion such that a b-facing-layer is disposed facing the support portion, and an a-facing-layer is disposed facing the cutting portion; advancing the cutting portion toward the board such that the first cutting edge cuts completely through both the a-facing-layer and the b-facing-layer of the board, and the plurality of second cutting edges cut completely through the a-facing-layer, but not completely through the b-facing-layer; and, retracting the cutting portion away from the support portion and removing the panel to facilitate further manipulation of the panel into the curved panel.
Paperboard packaging container for bulk solids
A paperboard packaging container for bulk solids includes a container body formed by a container wall having wall portions, and a container bottom. The wall portions are connected by corner portions and each wall portion extends in a height direction from a lower end edge at the container bottom to an upper end edge at a container opening, the height direction being perpendicular to a cross direction of the container. An upper reinforcing rim is applied to the container opening. Each of the upper and lower end edge of the container wall has end edge portions corresponding to the wall portions. At least one edge portion has an outwardly curved shape and a radius of curvature larger than a radius of curvature of each corner edge portion, the at least one end edge portion bulges outwardly with a radius of curvature of 200-700 mm, preferably 300-600 mm, more preferably 400-500 mm.
Reinforced Package
A reinforced package comprising a carton comprising a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise a front panel and a back panel disposed opposite to the front panel. The carton can comprise a bottom wall foldably connected to the front panel along a first curved fold line and to the back panel along a second curved fold line. The reinforced package further can include a bag at least partially attached to the carton. The bag can be at least partially defining an interior space for holding a product. The carton can be positionable in a non-erect position and in an erect position. At least the bottom wall and the first curved fold line can be configured to retain the carton in the erect position.
CARTON WITH REMOVABLE TOP PORTION
A carton having a removable top portion is described herein, with the carton having a front panel, a rear panel opposite the front panel, and first and second side panels each extending between the front and rear panels. A pattern of panel lines of weakness extends about the front, rear, first side and second side panels and is configured to be ruptured to permit a top portion of the carton to be at least partially removed. The pattern includes a pair of diverging lines of weakness in each of the first side and second side panels. The diverging lines of weakness each are closer together toward a front of the carton as compared to the rear of the carton such that a greater force is required to rupture the pair of diverging lines of weaknesses in each of the first side and second side panels adjacent the rear side panel as compared to adjacent the front side panel.
Packaging sleeve
A sleeve operable to at least partially contain two cylindrical articles in side-by-side or back-to-back relation, the sleeve including first and second openings or a single opening in a bottom thereof and the first and second cylindrical articles contained within the sleeve such that portions of the first and second cylindrical articles are exposed outside the sleeve.
