A method of processing boxes includes shuttling a box in a first direction and cutting to separate outer flaps of the box from one another as the box moves past a cutting tool in the first direction, wherein the outer flaps overlie inner flaps. The method includes engaging a set of opening guides with the outer flaps of the box to drive the outer flaps open. The method includes opening inner flaps using shape memory and shuttling the box in the first direction over an inclined plane after the inner and outer flaps are open to flatten the box.

One- and two-pack beverage box

A box can include a body portion at least partially defining a cavity, the body portion defining a top body end and a bottom body end, the body portion including a plurality of panels, the top body end defining an opening to the cavity; a telescoping panel including an upper telescoping subpanel and a lower telescoping subpanel, the lower telescoping subpanel coupled to the body portion by a top hinge, the upper telescoping subpanel coupled to the lower telescoping subpanel by a telescoping hinge, the telescoping panel defining a locking tab disposed opposite from the top hinge, the lower telescoping subpanel extending into the cavity and positioned in facing engagement with a first panel of the plurality of panels, the upper telescoping subpanel extending across the cavity from the first panel to a second panel of the plurality of panels, the second panel positioned opposite from the first panel.

A box sealing assembly includes a cardboard box that has a set of top flaps, a set of bottom flaps and an outer wall. A set of top adhesive strips is each coupled to a respective one of the top flaps. Each of the top adhesive strips adhesively engages the cardboard box when each of the top flaps is closed thereby retaining each of the top flaps in the closed position. A set of bottom adhesive strips is each coupled to a respective one of the bottom flaps. Each of the bottom adhesive strips adhesively engages the cardboard box when each of the bottom flaps is closed thereby retaining each of the bottom flaps is closed.

Packing

Packing includes a body section, a cover section, and a label. The body section has a first opening. The cover section closes the first opening. The label is adhered so as to span across the cover section and the body section. At least one of the body section and the cover section has a cut section. The cut section is located at a position where the label is adhered. The cut section of the packing is damaged when the label is removed. As a result, the label has a roughened surface in a situation in which the label is re-adhered. The roughened surface allows visual confirmation of an evidence of tampering with the packing. Thus, the packing is difficult to reseal, restricting tampering with the packing.

Corrugated paperboard box, perforation forming method for perforating corrugated paperboard sheet, and perforation forming device and perforation forming unit for perforating corrugated paperboard sheet

A corrugated paperboard box is provided in which when flaps are bent, a perforated line along which the flaps can be separated from the box is less likely to break. Such a corrugated paperboard box includes a peripheral wall and top flaps, and is formed, at the boundary area between the peripheral wall and the top flaps, with a groove-shaped reverse scoreline recessed on the side of an outer linerboard, and a pair of groove-shaped recesses recessed on the side of an inner linerboard, and extending in parallel to each other so as to sandwich the area in which the reverse scoreline extends. The corrugated paperboard box is further formed, in one of the groove-shaped recesses, with a perforated line along which the top flaps can be separated from the peripheral wall. The top flaps can be bent along the perforated line toward the inner surface of the peripheral wall.

The invention discloses a packaging structure of a folding bed and a packaging method thereof. The packaging structure includes a folding bedstead including at least three unit frames, the adjacent unit frames are mutually hinged, and a mattress capable of being rolled up. When the folding bedstead is packaged, a space for receiving the rolled mattress is formed by the unit frames. The packaging method includes the following steps: S1, folding the unit frames of the folding bedstead to form a space; S2, rolling up the mattress and putting the rolled mattress into a space formed by the unit frame; S3, putting the folded folding bedstead into the box. The invention method allows for the most space efficient packing possible thereby reducing the amount of space occupied by the bed and reducing transportation costs.

A packaging box blank and packaging box configured from the packaging box blank enables a shipper to package substantially planar articles for shipment and includes a base box portion, a pair of opposed side wall flap portions, and a pair of opposed top flap portions. The side wall flap portions extend from laterally opposed side wall attachment portions and the top flap portions extend from top flap attachment portions. The side wall flap portions are firstly folded to cover opposed lateral portions of a substantially planar article received in anterior adjacency to the base box portion. The top flap portions are secondly folded to cover opposed longitudinal portions of the article thereby enclosing the article for shipment. Particularly configured top and bottom corner extensions absorb impact at corners of the packaging box for providing damage resistance thereto as shipped articles move through package delivery systems.
