Rower with articulating footpads
Improvements in a rower with articulating footpads. The footpads have first (raised) position that uncovers wheels that allow for easy transportation of the rowing machine from one location to another. In this position the footpads are prevented from dragging on the floor when the rowing machine is being transported. The second position of the footpads rotate over the structural stability frame member. This orientation provides two flat surfaces for the user to stand upon. The footpads have a rear lip to locate the back or heels of the user. A strap is pulled from a loading mechanism and is guided out of the loading system to allow the strap to be pulled out of the loading system from a variety of angles.
Attachment system for a training rig
A first and second attachment system for attachment of a training rig to an upper edge of an ISO shipping container. Both systems include inside corner brackets that fit inside corner fittings of the container. The first attachment system further includes first attachment means with outside corner brackets which are to be attached to the inside corner brackets, second attachment means for attachment to a frame of the container and longitudinal beams for arrangement between the first and second attachment means or two second attachment means. The second attachment system includes a beam with vertical end plates and two outside corner brackets, wherein the end plates and the two outside corner brackets are to be attached to the inside corner brackets. These systems are attachable to any standard ISO shipping container and do not affect the container at all which means that no specially designed container must be used.
Exercise wrist aid
An exercise device characterized by a wide hand surface (1) positioned at a downward angle with a design that allows the user to grip the underside (3) for greater stability and to position the hands in any direction necessary to perform exercises with reduced strain on the wrists and palms. The large surface area of the hand surface comfortably fits an adult palm to eliminate painful pressure points in the palm. The downward angle of the hand surface decreases the angle between the back of the hand and the forearm found in a traditional push-up position to eliminate strain associated with exercises like push-ups, planks, mountain climbers and even chest dips. The ability to grip the underside of the hand surface provides additional stability during exercise.
Single-arm workout body conditioning machine
An exercise machine allows a user to perform a variety of resistance exercises with adjustable resistance levels. The machine is made up of an arm, a user platform, a horizontal base, an adjustable counterweight arrangement, a pull rod, a drive chain system, sprockets, shafts, adjustable fan, a slip bearing, a recoiler, a plurality of wheels, a drive chain system housing, a user back support, a user cable grip, and a circuit-breaking sensitive rubber mat. When the arm is moved upwards (by a user) the pull rod attached to a drive chain initiates the drive chain system rotation. The drive chain system rotation includes an adjustable weight fan that creates resistance to the arm's upper movement through inertia. The adjustable counterweight arrangement determines the arm drop speed and the arrangement has multiple positions. Other variants include a plurality of electronic encoders.
All-in-one exercise machine for developing speed, agility, and strength
An all-in-one exercise machine that is designed to increase a user's speed, agility, and strength uses a treadmill, either motorized or manual, that can be inclined. A resistance hub attaches via a cable to a body harness worn by the user and acts as a resistive take up reel against the user's running. Smaller resistance hubs attach via cables to elbow and hand sleeves worn by the user and resist against the back and forth arm movements of the user while the user is running on the treadmill. These latter resistance hubs also act as weight resistance hubs for weight training on the device, the cables having appropriate weight lifting implements attached thereto.
Portable anchor apparatus for resistance exercises
The present disclosure provides a portable anchor apparatus comprised of a modular and foldable frame structure which folds down to a compact shape having a storage compartment with a pair of wheels. The apparatus provides a wide variety of horizontal, vertical, and ground level anchor points and has horizontal bars which can be mounted at different vertical heights to suit a user's needs for various exercises. A kit is also provided herein, the kit comprising the anchor apparatus, a resistance band apparatus, and one or more items capable of being stored within the storage compartment.
POLYGONAL BASKETBALL HOOP ARRANGEMENT
A basketball hoop arrangement includes three basketball backboards and hoops commonly connected to the upper end of a support structure. The backboards are arranged such that respective top and bottom edges thereof form triangles with respective front surfaces of the three basketball backboards facing outwards and respective rear surfaces of the three basketball backboards facing inwards. Each hoop is connected to a different one of the respective front surfaces and extends outwardly therefrom. A lower end of the support structure is configured to support the support structure and the three basketball backboards on an underlying surface. A basketball game is played by moving a basketball in a playing area extending around all of the at least three backboards, and scoring points by putting the basketball through any one of the at least three hoops.
Multi-purpose exercise apparatus
A multi-purpose exercise apparatus having a central hub. The central hub has a central plane and a bar bell aperture configured to receive a portion of a bar bell. A first arm is pivotably coupled to the central hub so as to be rotatable about a first arm pivot axis between a plurality of selectable first arm angular positions. A first gripping member is pivotably coupled to the first arm so as to be rotatable about a first handle pivot axis between a plurality of selectable first gripping angular positions. A second arm is pivotably coupled to the central hub so as to be rotatable about a second arm pivot axis between a plurality of selectable second arm angular positions. A second gripping member is pivotably coupled to the second arm to be rotatable about a second handle pivot axis between a plurality of selectable second gripping angular positions.
Boxing fitness device and detection method thereof
The present invention relates to a boxing fitness device and a detection method thereof, the boxing fitness device of the present invention includes a frame, punching zones, prompting devices, sensing devices, a first wearable device, a second wearable device and a computation unit. The punching zones are disposed in the frame and the prompting devices are disposed on the punching zones, respectively. When a left hand or a right hand of a user touches one of the punching zones, the sensing devices can sense a first to-be-sensed part of a first wearable device or a second to-be-sensed part of a second wearable device worn on the hands of the user. As a result, the boxing fitness device and the detection method thereof of the present invention can sense the first to-be-sensed part and the second to-be-sensed part to detect the user's correct punching action.
SPEED-PONG GAME
A portable game includes a lower table forming a circular playing surface and an edge having a diameter D1, an upper table forming a circular playing surface and an edge having a diameter D2, wherein D1>D2. A vertical support member interconnects the lower and upper tables. Cup positioning markers are formed on said first and second table playing surfaces for locating said beverage cups thereon. An elongated barrier assembly extends vertically above said playing surface and horizontally bisects the upwardly facing playing surface. The vertical barrier is operative to define discrete opposed team play areas enabling a plurality of teams to play simultaneously on opposed sides of said barrier and to prevent horizontal travel of ping pong balls between opposing team play areas. The barrier is supported by at least one vertically elongated support stanchion slip-fit within the playing surfaces to enable selective removal and insertion thereof.
