PACKAGING SYSTEMS AND ASSOCIATED CONTAINERS, DUNNAGE PANELS, BLANKS, AND METHODS
A packaging system includes a container defining an internal volume. The container includes a container body and a lid hingedly connected to the container body. The packaging system further includes a dunnage panel received in the internal volume of the container. The dunnage panel includes a plurality of discontinuous lines of weakness.
Folding case and methods thereof
The disclosed systems and methods relate to improved cases for securely storing and shipping products. A case can include a back panel, an upper foldable section, and a lower foldable section. Each of the features of the case can be manufactured on a single sheet of material. The upper and lower foldable sections include panels having apertures for holding the top and bottom of a product, respectively. The case is foldable into a closed configuration such that a lower holder panel, a lower front panel, and a bottom panel form a lower box configured to hold the bottom of the first product, and an upper holder panel, an upper front panel, and a top panel form an upper box configured to hold the top of the first product.
Container with interlocking sidewalls
A container includes a first portion, a second portion, and a locking panel. The first and second portion are pivotably coupled together. The first portion includes first sidewalls and the second portion includes second sidewalls. The first sidewalls of the first portion and the second sidewalls of the second portion abut when the container is in a closed configuration. The first and second sidewalls include interlocking tabs and slots that mate with each other when the container is in the closed configuration. The locking panel extends from the first portion and engages the second portion when the container is in the closed configuration, and the locking panel is configured to retain the container in the closed configuration.

Self-contained continuous carton system with self erecting stacking shoulders
A self-contained continuous PDQ package system is provided for shipment and display of products. The PDQ package includes four adjacent sections of preferably corrugated material each with an inner facing and an outer facing surface, with a cut out within the bottom flap panel. Within the cut out, there is a section where an adhesive is placed adhering the inner facing portion of body panel and the inner facing of a section of bottom of the outer panel flap and adjacent mid-section panel. The self-contained continuous PDQ package system also provides an erectable reinforced shoulder to facilitate display of products in a stack of cartons.

Auto-locking and tamper evident container
A container can include a main body and a lid. The main body can include a first panel having a receptacle formed therein and a second panel having a perforated tab. The lid is pivotably coupled to the main body and includes a locking tab. The container can be locked in a closed configuration by inserting the locking tab of the lid into the receptacle of the main body. The perforated tab of the main body retains the locking tab of the lid within the receptacle of the main body when the perforated tab is in a first position relative to the second panel. The container can be unlocked by moving the perforated tab from the first position to a second position relative to the second panel and by removing the locking tab of the lid from the receptacle of the main body.
SELF-CONTAINED CONTINUOUS CARTON SYSTEM WITH SELF ERECTING REINFORCED SIDEWALL AND STACKING STAB FOR THE SAME
A reinforced sidewall for a container carton for shipment and display of products. The reinforced sidewall includes an interior sidewall, an outer sidewall, and a bottom panel that are interconnected for reinforcement of the container sidewall. Some embodiments include a shoulder structure for supporting a container placed atop the container that is automatically deployed when the outer sidewall and the interior sidewall are moved to an upright position relative to the bottom panel. Other embodiments include a shoulder brace that is automatically deployed to support the shoulder in a cantilevered relation with the interior sidewall. A stab tab is also configured to automatically protrude from the top surface of the shoulder. The stab tab is configured to be received in a recess in a superjacent container for indexed stacking of the containers.

Container Blank
A container blank can be utilized to form a container capable of packaging, transporting, and/or storing any type of article of manufacture placed within the container. Furthermore, following removal of the article of manufacture from the container, the container can be disassembled from the container configuration and back into the planar container blank configuration. The planar container blank configuration can then be assembled into a folded configuration that is different from the container configuration and which is smaller and generally flat to allow for either storage or disposable of the container blank.
