Disclosed is a blank that is foldable into multiple configurations. The folded blank may be useful as a tray or cap to support a plurality of packages stacked to form a floor loaded unit load. In other embodiments the tray may be used to support a unit load stacked onto a pallet for storage and transport. The various tray configurations each have different dimensions to accommodate and secure a range of unit load dimensions.

A foldable container moveable between a flat configuration and a three-dimensional configuration is provided. A leak proof container and a method of forming the container from a blank. The blank includes a bottom panel, first and second side panels at opposing lateral edges of the blank, and opposing end portions located at opposing longitudinal ends of the blank. A stackable merchandise tray is formed in a modular fashion with a rectangular base casing having a selected width and two identical insert units are mounted within the left and right sides of the base casing. The tray has two horizontal U-shaped upstanding mounting tabs located at the top edge of each of its two side panels and four complementary rectangular mounting openings formed adjacent to the lower lateral edges of its bottom panel.
