Example aspects of a storage box and a method for assembling a storage box are disclosed. The storage box can comprise a sidewall enclosure, the enclosure defining a top edge and an opposing bottom edge, a fastener extending from the bottom edge, and a tray, the fastener coupling the tray to the sidewall enclosure.
TELESCOPING BOXES, BLANKS, AND SYSTEMS FOR HEAVY BAG-IN-BOX DISPENSED PRODUCTS
Corrugated boxes, box blanks, and systems for individually shipping a bag of liquid stored therein and converting into a bag-in-box dispenser are provided. An example box comprises a top portion comprising a plurality of walls. The top portion defines a perforation feature defined on the front wall and a front top flap extending from the front wall. The perforation feature is defined by a series of perforations and is removable. A bottom portion comprises a plurality of walls and is sized to fit within an opening defined by the top portion. The bottom portion defines an opening configured to receive the bag of liquid. The box is configured to store a bag of liquid ranging from 3 to 6 gallons and is designed to pass individual box shipping test standards, such as ISTA and SIOC test standards. Methods of forming the box are also provided.
Bag-in-Box Packaging
A bag-in-box packaging includes an outer box, a collapsible inner box disposed within an interior of the outer box, and a dispensing tap coupled to the inner bag. The outer box includes a side wall, a tap access feature formed in the side wall, and a removable top wall. The top wall includes overlapping first and second top flaps. The first top flap is hingedly connected to a front side of the side wall along a first tear line. The second top flap is hingedly connected to a rear side of the side wall along a second tear line. The rear side of the side wall is disposed opposite the front side. The top wall is separable from the side wall along the first and second tear lines.

A crate is described in the form of a flap-adhesively-bonded box composed of cardboard having a bottom (1) and a shell (2) protruding from the bottom (1), which forms reinforced upper longitudinal edge sections by way of edge flaps (8) folded inward between the shell corners. To provide advantageous design conditions, it is proposed that the shell (2) have, at least on one side of the shell corners, attachment flaps (10, 11, 26), which are each bent inward according to crease lines (12, 13, 27), which are outwardly offset in relation to the edge (14) of the reinforced longitudinal edge sections, by 90 and are adhesively bonded to the opposite side of the shell corner, and the bottom (1) be provided in the region of the shell corners with recesses (17) adapted to the outline shape of a catch attachment (15) formed by the attachment flaps (10, 11, 26).

A simple paper food-beverage box comprises a box-body and a box-bottom-body combined in the box-body; wherein the box-body is provided for placing the food, which the box-body and the box-bottom-body respectively set a plurality of first folding-lines to provide folding storage; wherein the box-bottom-body has a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the periphery of the box-body, and the bottom of each of the first folding-line is set with a first incision; wherein the box-bottom-body is set with a first through-hole, thereby providing for sticking and engaging a beverage cup on the bottom surface of the box-bottom-body; wherein the periphery of the cup-mouth of the beverage cup is stuck and engaged by the periphery of the box-body, and the straw of the beverage cup can extend out through the first through-hole.
SECURE SHIPPING CONTAINER
A secure shipping container includes an inner sleeve formed in the shape of a tray that can be inserted into an outer sleeve formed as a tube with one closed end and one open end. The inner sleeve is sized to be shorter than the outer sleeve so that when full inserted into the outer sleeve the contents of the tray are not accessible, and the inner sleeve is not removable without a special opening tool. Each sleeve includes a slot into which an opener can be inserted to permit a user to slide the inner sleeve out of the outer sleeve in order to access the contents of the container. A method of assembly of the components and use to ship materials is also described.

A simple paper food-beverage box comprises a box-body and a box-bottom-body combined in the box-body; wherein the box-body is provided for placing the food, which the box-body and the box-bottom-body respectively set a plurality of first folding-lines to provide folding storage; wherein the box-bottom-body has a predetermined distance from the bottom surface of the periphery of the box-body, and the bottom of each of the first folding-line is set with a first incision; wherein the box-bottom-body is set with a first through-hole, thereby providing for sticking and engaging a beverage cup on the bottom surface of the box-bottom-body; wherein the periphery of the cup-mouth of the beverage cup is stuck and engaged by the periphery of the box-body, and the straw of the beverage cup can extend out through the first through-hole.
IN LATCHABLE PACKAGING
A package including a support for supporting items, a primary structure for selectively blocking access to the items, and a secondary structure for covering at least some of the primary structure. The support is movable from a first position, whereat the primary structure blocks access to the items, to a second position, whereat the items are accessible. The support and primary structures comprise latch features designed to engage when the support and primary structures are in the first position to prevent movement of the support in the opening direction, and to disengage on moving at least one latch feature in an unlatching direction to accommodate movement of the support from the first position. The secondary structure comprises a disengagement region that cooperates with the latch features when the support and primary structure are in the first position to disengage the latch features.
PACKAGING
There is disclosed packaging (10) for edible product comprising a base component (12) and a separate lid component (14). The base component (12) is formed from a folded blank (28) and has an opening (20) which provides access to a hollow interior (32) for storing edible product. The lid component (14) is bonded to the base component (12) so as to close the opening (20) and inhibit access to the interior (32). The lid component comprises an access panel (18) which can be moved with respect to the base component (12) to open the packaging (10) and provide access to the interior (32) through the opening (20).
