The invention relates to a package (10) for packing consumables (13) for use in a machining device, in particular a wood working device, for machining plate-shaped workpieces, having a base body (11) formed from at least one packaging material to be used once or repeatedly, wherein the base body (11) at least partially delimits a receiving area (12) for receiving and dispensing the consumables (13), and the receiving area (12) is at least partially surrounded by the packaging material, as well as having a dispensing device (20) allowing access to the consumables (13) which can be received in the receiving area (12), and having at least one identification device (18) for identifying properties of the packaged consumables (13), wherein at least the base body (11) is configured to be supplied to the machining device together with the consumables (13).

At least one hang tab is pivotally connected to a minor panel of the plurality of pivotally connected panels, to extend through a slot in one of the plurality of pivotally connected panels to support the package assembly at retail. A method of assembling a package assembly provides the plurality of pivotally connected panels to collectively at least partially enclose and package the product. At least one hang tab is provided on a minor panel spaced from a pivotal connection of the minor panel to extend within the package. The minor panel is folded into the package. The at least one hang tab is inserted into a slot in one of the plurality of pivotally connected panels.

A consumer product package with a sheet of formable material having a first hang tag portion defining a first hang tag opening, a second hang tag portion defining a second hang tag opening and a third hang tag portion defining a third hang tag opening. The sheet has a folded position with the first hang tag opening, second hang tag opening and third hang tag opening aligned.

A one-piece, plastic-free blister package is disclosed. The package is formed from a one-piece card comprising a front support card having a window and a rear portion. The rear portion comprises a plurality of sidewalls and a plurality of tabs which can be folded to form a cavity to hold a small product. The package is then assembled by bonding part of the rear portion to the front support card through the application of heat and pressure. The package encloses the product, which is visible to consumers through the window cut on the front support card.

A container for holding and dispensing a granular product is disclosed, where the container includes handling and opening structures that are ergonomically designed to make carrying and dispensing the product easier and more convenient for a user.

Disclosed herein are containers and methods for managing springy produce during packaging. An exemplary container includes a wall structure defining a storage space. The wall structure includes four side panels, a top panel with an opening to the storage space, and a bottom panel opposite the top panel. The horizontal cross-sectional area of the storage space progressively increases from the top panel to the bottom panel, which is facilitated by the arrangement of the side panels, one or more of which is inclined at an angle such that the top portion of the side panel is located inward with regard to the storage space in comparison to the bottom portion of the side panel. The top panel includes a flange that extends inward from the top portions of the side panels to define the perimeter of the opening. Such containers can be constructed from paper materials including recyclable paper materials.

A foldable hang tab has a body that includes a hook extending from a base. The hook includes first and second hook portions disposed against one another and joined at a fold. The base includes first and second base portions that partially overlap one another or interlock. The disclosure provides a configuration wherein the base of the foldable hang tab body is configured to be adhered to merchandise or to a merchandise storage container. The disclosure also provides a configuration wherein the base is placed inside a merchandise storage container with the hook protruding through a slot defined by the container.
