Food holder
Described herein is a food holder including a multiple-panel, tapered sleeve that may include a forward panel, a rear panel, two front-side panels and two back-side panels that for an irregular shape. The multiple-panel sleeve includes a multiple-panel bottom member connected to the bottom edges of the forward and rear panels. The bottom member includes a foldline that allows the bottom member to project upwards into a space defined by the panels when the space between the forward and rear panels is reduced. The food holder includes a tear-away portion defined by a line of perforations which may be removed by a consumer to allow access to lower portions of the food product. The irregular, tapered shape and proportionality of the bottom member promote the structural integrity of the food holder.
LEAK PROOF CONTAINER WITH ADHESIVE ATTACHMENT
A leak proof container and a method of forming the container from a blank. The blank includes a bottom panel, first and second side panels connected to the bottom panel at opposing lateral edges, and first and second end portions located at opposing longitudinal ends of the blank. Each end portion includes an inner end panel connected to the bottom panel, an outer end panel connected to the inner end panel, and first and second corner panels forming gussets connected to a respective one of the first and second side panels and connected to the inner end panel. An adhesive area is located on one side of the blank and comprises at least a portion on each of the outer end panel and the inner end panel. The adhesive area adheres the gussets to the inner end panel and to the outer end panel.
SELF-SEALING CONTAINER
A self-sealing container is formed from a blank comprising panels and end flaps connected along fold lines with the panels and the end flaps being foldable along the fold lines to form the container. The container includes a securing feature that seals the container in a closed position, with the securing feature providing a visual indication of opening if the container is opened from the closed position. After the container is opened, the securing feature provides a closure feature that allows the container to be closed.
PROCESS FOR FORMING PLASTIC CORRUGATED CONTAINER AND INTERMEDIARY BLANK
A corrugated plastic box and a method for manufacturing a corrugated plastic box from a blank are provided. The method includes the steps of forming rounded edge seals on the perimeter edges of the blank, pre-sealing portions of the blank to form a plurality of areas in which major and minor flap slots and a glue tab are desired, ultrasonically scoring the blank to form a plurality of flap score lines, and cutting the blank through the plurality of pre-sealed flap slots and glue tab, leaving a sealed edge.
Storage box blank
Example aspects of a main body blank for a storage box, a tray blank for a storage box, and a storage box blank are disclosed. The main body blank can comprise a planar sidewall assembly comprising a plurality of sidewalls, each of the sidewalls defining a top edge and a bottom edge opposite the top edge; and a first fastener panel formed monolithically with the sidewall assembly and hingedly connected to the bottom edge of a first one of the sidewalls by a first fastener bend line, the first fastener panel coplanar with the sidewall assembly.
Combined lunch box for cold drink and hot food
A combined lunch box for cold drink and hot food includes a first piece, the two sides of which are respectively connected with a right piece, left piece, the top and bottom of which an annular sheet and first bottom piece, and the bottoms of the right piece and left piece a second bottom piece and third bottom piece; the bottom of a second piece is connected with a fourth bottom piece, the two sides of a third piece are respectively connected with the second piece and a fourth piece. Whereby, the present invention forms a three-dimensional container with a folding function after folded and bonded, where the annular sheet is used to accept a drink cup, and the container provides the accommodation of food, making it easy for users to carry, and greatly reduce the volume after the folding to facilitate stacking storage.
Straddle flange top seal punnet
A container comprising a bottom panel defining a base of the container, and a plurality of side walls extending from the bottom panel and defining an interior area of the container, wherein the plurality of side walls include at least opposing first and second side walls. A first flange structure is connected to each of the first and second side walls along respective fold lines at an upper edge of the container. Each first flange structure straddles a respective side wall and comprises an inner flange portion extending over the interior area of the container, and an outer flange portion, coplanar with the inner flange portion, extending away from the interior of the container, wherein the outer flange portion is defined by one or more tabs.
Container with air flow cooling channels
A container has a plurality of planar panels integrally arranged with respect to each other and with respect to a set of orthogonal x, y and z axes, the z-axis defining a direction line in which the container is configured to support a stacking load, the plurality of panels being foldable to create the container. The plurality of planar panels form at least one outer surface disposed orthogonal to the z-axis, wherein a substantial portion of the outer surface has a recessed central portion of the outer surface that extends substantially across an entire outside dimension of the container.
Paper Tray Having Divided Compartments With Bi-Fold Corner Webs
A tray (100) including first and second compartment portions (20, 40) each having a bottom panel (22, 42), a first side panel (24, 44) foldably connected to a first side edge (22a, 42a) of the bottom panel, a second side panel (26, 46) foldably connected to a second side edge (22b, 42b) of the bottom panel, a front panel (28, 48) foldably connected to a front edge (22c, 42c) of the bottom panel and a rear panel (30, 50) foldably connected to a rear edge (22d, 42d) of the bottom panel, wherein a side edge of the front panel (28a, 48a) and a front edge (26a, 46a) of the second side panel are connected to one another by a front bi-fold corner web panel (32a, 32b, 42a, 42b) and a side edge (30a, 40a) of the rear panel and a rear edge (26b, 46b) of the second side panel are connected to one another by a rear bi-fold corner web panel (34a, 34b, 44a, 44b).
