Folded cardboard box
A folded cardboard box has four longitudinal walls and a separation wall dividing the box's interior into first and second sections. The separation wall has a through-hole and a flap element at an open end of the first section. The flap element has a first flap portion at one of the longitudinal walls and a second flap portion at an adjoining longitudinal wall. The flap element can be flapped from a first state in which each of the first and second flap portions are aligned with the respective wall into a second state in which the flap element projects into the first section. A longitudinally extending wall portion, provided at one of the longitudinal walls at the open end of the first section, is connected, at its rear end, to the longitudinal wall at which it is provided by means of a seam line allowing bending of the wall from a first state in which it extends in longitudinal direction into a second state in which the wall projects from the longitudinal wall at which it is provided at about a right angle into the first section, so that the flap element, when in its second state, keeps the wall portion in its second state.
Container with liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a flange comprising a central panel. An opening can extend in the central panel. The container further can comprise a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel and a denesting feature extending outwardly from the sidewall. The denesting feature can be for engaging a nested container positioned below the container in a stacked arrangement and for forming a denesting gap between the flange and the nested container.
SHEET PACKAGING MATERIAL FOR PRODUCING SEALED PACKAGES FOR LIQUID FOOD PRODUCTS
A sheet packaging material for producing a sealed package containing a food product, comprising crease lines that have sections that are angled towards each other such that at least two sides panels of the sealed package are given a trapezoidal shape.
Shipping Box
A shipping box comprises a bottom structural flap and a plurality of sidewall structural flaps, of which at least two are connected to the bottom structural flap, and assembly elements that assemble the box in a stable way. The box is foldable in a flat folded position in which, from its upper part, in the use position, to at least three of the structural sidewall flaps are connected at least three functional flaps independent of each other, making the functional flaps the functions of lid, interior space reducer, fastening and/or handle, and that the assembly elements are located on the internal part of the box.
CARTON AND BLANK THEREFOR
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a carton for packaging one or more article and a blank for forming the carton. An aspect of the invention provides a corner folding arrangement comprising a first panel (18) having a corner defined by an end edge and a side edge. A second panel (32b) is hingedly connected to the end edge of the first panel along a first fold line. A third panel (20) hingedly connected to the side edge of the first panel along a second fold line. A fourth (34b) and fifth (36b) panel couple the second panel to the third panel. The fourth panel is hingedly connected to the second panel along a third fold line and the fifth panel is hingedly connected to the third panel along a fourth fold line. A severance line (70) extends between the first and fourth fold lines or between the second and third fold lines. In an unfolded blank form the severance line bypasses a notional intersection of the first and second fold lines such that the notional intersection is located on one side of the severance line spaced apart from the fourth and fifth panels.
Self-folding box with compartments and carry handle for packaging pizzas
The self-folding pizza packaging box with the compartments and carry handle belongs to the area of transport packaging. The box (1) is made of the folded blank (A), formed by folding and gluing into a flat form of the box (1), and is formed from the upright surfaces in a vertical position. The box (1) is made in the form of a prism with bases (2, 3), parallel lateral panels (4, 4′′), while its other two parallel sides are rectangular flaps (5). The box (1) is formed by folding upwards the lateral panels (4, 4′) of the rectangular shape along the folding lines (2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2), by straightening the flaps (9.1, 9.2, 9.3, 9.4) which are continued to the lateral panels (4, 4′) and by folding upwards the rectangular parts of the flaps (5) along the folding lines (2.3) so that it is brought to a vertical position to the bases (2, 3) of the rhomboid shape. By folding upwards the lateral panels (4, 4′) the rhomboid compartments (6, 7) are also straightened, they are pulled in towards the inside of the box (1) in relation to the outer edges of the filling opening. On the flap (5) whose longer side is the folding line (5.1), a cutting line (5.2) is made in which the flap (8) is inserted, made in the middle of the other two parallel sides of the base (3) along the folding line (8.3), thus sealing the box (1) is provided. After putting six slices of pizza, the whole pizza, into the box and closing it, the carry handle (10) is inserted into the box (1) so that the parts (10.3) are inserted between the rectangular parts of the flap (5) and the flaps (9.2, 9.4), the parts (10.2).) rest on the lateral panels (4, 4′), and the part (10.1) is placed diagonally on the surface of the base (3). The application (contain the embodiment of the box (1) which is the folded blank (A1).
Basket style carrier and blank therefor
A carrier for packaging one or more articles, includes outer walls (12, 16, 18, 22a, 22b, 24a, 24b) which define an interior of the carrier. An intermediate wall (30a, 30b) at least partially segregates the interior of the carrier in a first direction. A partition structure (50a, 52a) divides the interior of the carrier in a second transverse direction. The partition structure is struck, at least in part, from one (16) of the outer walls. The partition structure is configured and arranged to be automatically erected in the interior of the carrier in response to unfolding a flat collapsed folded blank when the carrier is erected.
Box provided with tamper evident means
A box has a lower container and a cover. The lower container has a rectangular bottom wall, two first side walls opposite to each other and two second side walls opposite to each other. The cover has a rectangular main wall opposite to the bottom wall, two third side walls opposite to each other and two fourth side walls opposite to each other. The third side walls are adjacent and outside an upper portion of the first side walls, respectively. The fourth side walls are adjacent and outside an upper portion of the second side walls, respectively. A respective first tab with a through-hole protrudes downwards from a lower edge of both third side walls. A respective second tab with a through-hole is cut in both first side walls and has a side attached to the respective first side wall. Tamper evident means pass through respective couples of first and second tabs of adjacent third and first walls.
