Reinforced polygonal containers and blanks for making the same
A blank of sheet material for forming a polygonal container is provided. The blank includes a bottom panel, two opposing side panels, two opposing end panels, and a reinforcing panel assembly extending from a first side edge of a first end panel of the two end panels. The reinforcing panel assembly includes a corner panel extending from the first side edge of the first end panel, a first reinforcing side panel extending from a side edge of the corner panel, a second reinforcing side panel extending from a side edge of the first reinforcing side panel, a reinforcing corner panel extending from a side edge of the second reinforcing side panel, and an inner end panel extending from a side edge of the reinforcing corner panel. The corner panel and the reinforcing corner panel are configured, upon articulation of the blank, to be positioned into face-to-face relationship to form a corner wall of the container extending from a side edge of an end wall of the container to an end edge of a side wall of the container.
CRATE IN THE FORM OF A FLAP-ADHESIVELY-BONDED BOX COMPOSED OF CARDBOARD
A crate is described in the form of a flap-adhesively-bonded box composed of cardboard having a bottom (1) and a shell (2) protruding from the bottom (1), which forms reinforced upper longitudinal edge sections by way of edge flaps (8) folded inward between the shell corners. To provide advantageous design conditions, it is proposed that the shell (2) have, at least on one side of the shell corners, attachment flaps (10, 11, 26), which are each bent inward according to crease lines (12, 13, 27), which are outwardly offset in relation to the edge (14) of the reinforced longitudinal edge sections, by 90° and are adhesively bonded to the opposite side of the shell corner, and the bottom (1) be provided in the region of the shell corners with recesses (17) adapted to the outline shape of a catch attachment (15) formed by the attachment flaps (10, 11, 26).
Shipping and display container and method of making the same
The present disclosure relates, in general, to stackable containers which are effective for shipping goods to a point of sale and for being easily and reliably converted into a merchandise display case after delivery. More particularly, provided herein is a foldable, stackable shipping and display container for shipping goods to a point of sale can be easily converted into a merchandise display case, and can be formed from one or more blanks folded and formed according to a method for creating the box such that it encloses the storage space on all sides.
PACKAGE
A package includes a main body and an impact buffer rib. The main body is configured to form a storage space to accommodate a packaged object. The impact buffer rib is disposed on a side of the main body and outside the storage space. The impact buffer rib includes root portions and a central portion. The root portions are both end portions of the impact buffer rib, couple to the main body, and have a first height. The central portion is between the root portions and has a second height larger than the first height.
Packaging material and a method for providing a packaging material
A packaging material, including a laminate with a core material layer and having a plurality of delimited areas intended to form faces of a package is provided. At least one delimited area is provided with at least one pre-laminated hole and at least one compressed feature arranged adjacent to the pre-laminated hole. The at least one feature may include at least one line extending along at least a part of the perimeter of the pre-laminated hole.
Reinforced package
A reinforced package comprising a carton comprising a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels can comprise a front panel and a back panel disposed opposite to the front panel. The carton can comprise a bottom wall foldably connected to the front panel along a first curved fold line and to the back panel along a second curved fold line. The reinforced package further can include a bag at least partially attached to the carton. The bag can be at least partially defining an interior space for holding a product. The carton can be positionable in a non-erect position and in an erect position. At least the bottom wall and the first curved fold line can be configured to retain the carton in the erect position.
POPCORN BOX WITH FLOSS STICKS
The popcorn box with floss sticks provides a popcorn container with sanitary removable floss sticks as used to improve the user's ability to remove popcorn bits and kernels from his or her teeth quickly and discretely without having to leave the movie theater. These floss sticks can be used at the user's discretion to eliminate tooth and gum discomfort while watching a movie in a theater, thereby easily dislodging food particles. The floss sticks are covered in a protective covering, such as a film or a plastic film bag, so that the floss sticks remain sanitary before use, and can be disposed of in a sanitary fashion by being put back in their protective covering.

Child-resistant container assembly
A container assembly includes an outer sleeve, a slide-out tray and a pop-up carton. The first and second sides of the outer sleeve have at least a double thickness adjacent to first and second outer sleeve apertures formed therein. The slide-out tray includes a first side with a minor first side flap folded thereon and a second side with a minor second side flap folded thereon. The slide-out tray is received in the outer sleeve. The pop-up carton is attached to the slide-out tray and located within the slide-out tray in a first position. The slide-out tray initially moves with respect to the outer sleeve by contacting the first and second side flaps via respective first and second outer sleeve apertures and the slide-out tray via a third outer sleeve aperture. The pop-up carton is moved within the slide-out tray to a position extending from the slide-out tray.
