TRAY CONTAINER
A tray container includes a paper-based material having a number of sides extending from a container bottom. Each side has a proximal end that is contiguous with the container bottom and a distal end that is configured to fold into a bonding surface and a reinforced portion. The bonding surface and the reinforced portion each include two layers of the container material. The tray container has a perimeter bonding surface that includes each bonding surface of the container sides. A support ring is attached to the perimeter bonding surface, defining a cover bonding surface to which a film or mesh cover may be bonded.
A BLANK AND A PACKAGE
The disclosure relates to a blank (1) configured to be erected into a package (2), the blank (1) comprising a bottom panel (10), a first and a second side wall panel (21, 22), a first and a second end wall panel (31, 32), a first set and a second set of a first and a second end top wall panel (61, 62) configured to form a double walled top wall at each longitudinal end of the package (2), a third and a fourth locking tongue (73, 74) extending outwardly from the second side wall panel (22) and being configured to be received between the first and second end top wall panels (61, 62), a lid panel (80) being foldably connected to and extending outwardly from the second side wall panel (22), wherein the lid panel (80) is connected to the second side wall panel (22) along a longitudinal central portion positioned between the longitudinal end portions (22a, 22b) of the second side wall panel (22), as seen in a flat-laid state of the blank (1), The disclosure also relates to a package (2).
Temperature insulated packaging systems and related methods
A temperature insulated packaging system includes a container having interior surface bounding an interior volume and a liner disposed within the interior volume and at least partially bounding a compartment configured to receive an item for temperature insulated shipping. The liner includes a first sleeve made of cellulose material and at least partially bounds a channel. The first sleeve has an outside wall disposed adjacent to the container and an opposing inside wall disposed adjacent to the compartment configured to receive the item for shipping, the channel being disposed between the inside wall and the outside wall. At least one insulation sheet is disposed within the channel of the first sleeve, the at least one insulation sheet being made of a cellulose material and having a plurality of recesses formed thereon.
Box with product-retaining film
A container can include a container portion comprising a plurality of walls and a first panel pivotably coupled to the container portion and configured to pivot between a first position where the first panel is arranged outside of the container portion and a second position where the first panel is arranged inside the container portion. The container can further include a tubular polymeric sleeve disposed around the first panel and covering a first surface of the first panel and a second surface on the opposite side of the first panel from the first surface, where the polymeric sleeve is unsecured to the first panel.

Container with liner
A container for holding a food product. The container can comprise a flange comprising a central panel. An opening can extend in the central panel. The container further can comprise a sidewall comprising at least a panel foldably connected to the central panel and a denesting feature extending outwardly from the sidewall. The denesting feature can be for engaging a nested container positioned below the container in a stacked arrangement and for forming a denesting gap between the flange and the nested container.

Method and system for forming packages
A method of forming reinforced packages. The method can comprise moving a blank in a machine direction on a blank conveyor, and forming a tubular web while moving a first web of material and a second web of material in the machine direction. The forming the tubular web can comprise at least partially sealing at least a portion of the first web and the second web together to form a sealed margin of the tubular web. The method further can comprise forming a liner by cutting the tubular web, forming an attached blank by attaching the liner to the blank, and moving the attached blank in the machine direction on the blank conveyor.
