APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR A CARTON OPENING ARRANGMENT
Methods and apparatuses are disclosed for processing cartons that include steps such as embossing the top opening of cartons for packaging liquid food. Embossing the top opening of cartons may reduce the force required to open the carton in both vertical and horizontal direction and minimize the amount of fibers remaining in the pouring spout after the carton has been opened.
Composite pack for filling liquid material
A composite pack for filling liquid material having an interior member as a non-self-standing type liquid material filling package member of filling a liquid material and an exterior member capable of stably holding the interior member, includes a bag-shaped interior member formed by the liquid material into a soft package bag and an exterior member for housing the interior member and including a cylindrical body, a bottom wall disposed at a lower end of the cylindrical body and an opening portion formed in an upper end of the cylindrical body. The interior member includes a sheet-like nozzle for pouring the liquid material protruded in an upper end portion or a side end upper portion of the package bag, and the exterior member includes at the opening portion a sealing structure unit having a top face wall closing the opening portion and plural vertical rubs standing from the top face wall.
ENCLOSURE ASSEMBLY HAVING A RESEALABLE ENCLOSURE WITHIN AN OUTER BOX ENCLOSURE
Enclosure assembly includes an outer box enclosure and a flexible, resealable enclosure that is disposed within the outer box enclosure. The resealable enclosure has a resealer formed by a single intermeshable closure member that is affixed to and wraps from a front side of the outer box enclosure, around at least one of side edge of the outer box enclosure, and onto a back side of the resealable enclosure. Prior to initially opening the resealable enclosure, the intermeshable closure member is uncoupled with itself. The intermeshable closure member is configured to couple with itself at a first area of the intermeshable closure member that is on the front side of the resealable enclosure and at a different, second area of the intermeshable closure member that is on the back side of the resealable enclosure to close the resealable enclosure.
STACKABLE CORRUGATED SHIPPING AND DISPLAY CONTAINER AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
The present disclosure relates to a shipping and display container which can be formed from one or more blanks folded and formed according to a method for creating the container. A portion of the blank forming the front wall can be formed from two stacked, joined layers including an interior and an exterior blank layer. The exterior blank layer includes top flaps and bottom flaps, the top flaps being significantly smaller in height compared to the bottom flaps such that when the container is formed, the top flaps form a bearing surface along the border of the container, on which a second container may be stacked, while defining a central window that displays the interior contents of the container.
TELESCOPING BOXES, BLANKS, AND SYSTEMS FOR HEAVY BAG-IN-BOX DISPENSED PRODUCTS
Corrugated boxes, box blanks, and systems for individually shipping a bag of liquid stored therein and converting into a bag-in-box dispenser are provided. An example box comprises a top portion comprising a plurality of walls. The top portion defines a perforation feature defined on the front wall and a front top flap extending from the front wall. The perforation feature is defined by a series of perforations and is removable. A bottom portion comprises a plurality of walls and is sized to fit within an opening defined by the top portion. The bottom portion defines an opening configured to receive the bag of liquid. The box is configured to store a bag of liquid ranging from 3 to 6 gallons and is designed to pass individual box shipping test standards, such as ISTA and SIOC test standards. Methods of forming the box are also provided.
Adhesive tape and method of manufacturing thereof
The present invention provides an adhesive tape including: a base material; and an adhesive sheet provided on one surface of the base material and including cured products of an aqueous acrylic adhesive composition, in which the adhesive sheet has a porous structure including pores, and wherein the adhesive tape has a water vapor transmission rate of 3,000 g/m.sup.2.Math.day or more and 5,000 g/m.sup.2.Math.day or less under conditions of a temperature of 40 C. and a relative humidity of 20%, and a method for manufacturing the same.
Corrugated fiberboard box
The pull tab portion is formed as an area surrounded by four solid or broken line-formed incisions. The four incisions include a first incision which is formed as a boundary line of the push-in portion, a pair of second incisions each of which is continuous with the first incision and which are spaced apart from each other in the width direction of the adhesive tape, and a third incision which is continuous with each of the pair of second incisions and functions as a folding line. When those ends of the pair of second incisions which are each located opposite to the push-in portion are called tape-side incision ends, the distance between the two tape-side incision ends in the width direction of the adhesive tape is set greater than the width of the adhesive tape.
Adhesive tape cartridge, adhesive tape roll, and method of manufacturing an adhesive tape roll
The disclosure discloses an adhesive tape cartridge including an adhesive tape roll. The adhesive tape roll winds an adhesive tape around a predetermined axis in a housing. The adhesive tape includes a base layer, a first particle-containing adhesive layer, and a first particle-free adhesive layer. The first particle-containing adhesive layer is disposed on first side of the base layer in a thickness direction and comprises an adhesive to which particles are added. The first particle-free adhesive layer is disposed in contact with the first side of the particle-containing adhesive layer in the thickness direction and comprises an adhesive to which no glittering pigment is added.
FOOD HOLDER
Described herein is a food holder including a multiple-panel, tapered sleeve that may include a forward panel, a rear panel, two front-side panels and two back-side panels that for an irregular shape. The multiple-panel sleeve includes a multiple-panel bottom member connected to the bottom edges of the forward and rear panels. The bottom member includes a foldline that allows the bottom member to project upwards into a space defined by the panels when the space between the forward and rear panels is reduced. The food holder includes a tear-away portion defined by a line of perforations which may be removed by a consumer to allow access to lower portions of the food product. The irregular, tapered shape and proportionality of the bottom member promote the structural integrity of the food holder.
