METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING A CUSTOM BOX
The present is a custom storage box comprising a bottom member wherein the bottom member can be attached to at least one first side member creating a width of the box and at least one second side member creating a depth to the box wherein the first side member and second side member can be substantially the same height. The method of creating a custom storage box comprising inputting custom dimension of a box by a user into a program on a first computing device wherein the user can choose a material type and an accessory type creating the user's customized user information. Submitting the user's information to the program wherein the user's information is uploaded onto a second computing device. Converting dimensions of the box into a flat pattern. Creating a computer-aided manufacturing file from the flat pattern.
FOOD CONTAINER AND METHOD OF USE
A versatile food container that uses a sealing layer to cover movable/reconfigurable/removable internal dividing compartments that maintains a leak-proof seal along the perimeter as well as in between the internal compartments. The container has a variety of features and accessories that can be applied, making it effective for storing, cooking and transporting food.
Collapsible metal box
A collapsible metal box, in particular for transporting a material sensitive to creep, is provided. The box includes a base and two first and two second opposing side panels hinged to the base. At least one of the first side panels includes a retaining structure for maintaining the same in an upright position on the base while the second side panels are collapsed fully outwards.
Chafing dish systems and devices
A system of interchangeable chafing dish components may comprise a water pan comprising a holding portion configured to receive and hold at least one of liquid and ice, a food pan capable of being restably coupled to the water pan, the food pan comprising an interior portion configured to receive and hold at least one of a food and a liquid, a lid capable of being interchangeably coupled to at least one of the water pan and the food pan, and a plurality of knobs comprising a first knob and a second knob that is different from the first knob, wherein each of the first knob and the second knob is capable of being interchangeably coupled to the lid.
SINGLE BOUNDARY LAYER OPTIMIZED RECALLED AIRBAG INFLATOR CONTAINER
Embodiments described herein include layered mesh containers and methods for using the containers to safely transport and dispose of airbag inflators having ammonium-nitrate-based propellant. For example, a container with at least two single-layer sidewalls is provided that can hold multiple airbag inflators and withstand up to 4 moles of matter being deployed from an inflator having ammonium-nitrate-based propellant. The container can contain the inflator and any shrapnel associated with the explosion while also venting gases expelled as a result of the explosion. Various container designs are provided, along with methods for using these containers.
INTER-MODAL SHIPPING MINI-CONTAINERS AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A mini-container for inter-modal shipping includes panels forming a pair of oppositely disposed side walls, a front wall, a back wall opposite to said front wall, a floor, and a roof. The side, front and back walls may releasably lock to one another to form an enclosure and unlock from one another. The panels are positionable between an erected-for-use configuration and a collapsed storage configuration. In the storage configuration, the side, front and back panels are stacked lying flat to form a stack of the panels laying on the base. The stack of panels is overlaid with the roof. The erected mini-containers are sized for space efficient loading of an inter-modal mobile transport conveyor such as an automobile carrier, train, ship or plane. In their storage configuration the mini-containers may be carried on the mobile transport conveyors for later use carrying cargo and may be carried in a stack simultaneously with mini-containers carrying cargo. The mini-containers may be sized so as to enclose at least two standard-sized pallets or at least three standard-sized boxes positioned side-by-side and adjacent the base of the mini-container.
WATER-BASED COATING COMPOSITIONS AND SYSTEMS WITH IMPROVED SAG RESISTANCE AND RELATED METHODS
The present invention provides a system for monitoring and controlling an industrial paint operation, where a five-sided intermodal shipping container is painted with a water-based coating composition. The system includes a paint application system, a drying system with a chamber configured to handle one or more intermodal shipping containers, and modules for monitoring and controlling the application of paint and the drying of the applied paint.
Protective Cigarette Pack Case
A protective cigarette pack case having a top portion and a bottom portion whereby the bottom portion. The bottom portion can be a unitary piece or can be formed a front portion and back portion. The bottom portion is adapted to receive a cigarette hard pack bottom portion and the lid portion is adapted to be inserted onto a cigarette hard pack lid. The bottom portion has protruding ears. The lid portion further has a back panel whereby a bottom edge of the back panel has an inward bend that allows the lid portion to engage the paper on a lid of a cigarette hard pack such that it is held in tight communication. The lid portion utilizes the paper hinge of a hard cigarette pack thereby eliminating the need for any hinged apparatus in the protective cigarette pack case.
CONTAINERS FOR TRANSPORTING AND DISPOSING OF RECALLED AIRBAG INFLATORS
Embodiments described herein include layered mesh containers and methods for using the containers to safely transport and dispose of airbag inflators having ammonium-nitrate-based propellant. For example, a container is provided that can hold multiple airbag inflators and withstand up to 4 moles of matter being deployed from an inflator having ammonium-nitrate-based propellant. The container can contain the inflator and any shrapnel associated with the explosion while also venting gases expelled as a result of the explosion. Various container designs are provided, along with methods for using these containers.
Method for Producing a Container
