Implementations disclosed and claimed herein provide a customized storage system. In one implementation, a folding crate movable between a storage position and a collapsed position is provided. The crate may include a first frame end of a crate having a first frame, a second frame end having a second frame disposed opposite the first frame, and a base panel fixed to and extending between the second frame. The crate may include swinging panels that are releasably secured to the second frame when the crate is in a storage position and rotatable about a swinging axis at the first frame to move the crate into a collapsed position. The crate may also include folding panels pivotally mounted to the first frame and the second frame that are foldable along a folding axis when the crate moves into the collapsed position.

The food preparation equipment, such as a deep fryer or pressure fryer, is placed on the base section. The backsplash and the sidesplash are used to attach the device to a wall adjacent to the food preparation area. A tapered portion of the base section allows food preparation equipment to be conveniently placed on the base section and rolled away from the base section when needed. The ability to move the food preparation equipment is beneficial to clean the floor area in which the food preparation equipment is used in and protect the floor area.

Individual steel panels are assembled to form a series of upstanding walls which are covered by a top panels and which together define the quasi-enclosed area surrounding the A/C unit. The tubing which makes up the steel panels is spaced to allow access to the enclosed area by a worker needing to access the A/C unit. The steel panels are joined with connecting and mating elements which facilitate easy and quick disassembling of the enclosure. The upright panels also have adjustable panel legs which can be extended and cemented into the ground for added stability and security.

An annular lip is outwardly formed on a top edge of the annular sidewall by folding. The expanded mesh has an annular edge received in the annular groove and is supported by the annular flange.

The net-shaped bottom plate is received in the outer frame and rests on the resting rib of the outer frame. Thus, the upper end of the outer frame is directly formed with the scratch-proof protrusion, and the lower end of the outer frame is directly formed with the resting rib whose sharp portion is bent inward, thereby preventing the basket structure from scratching the user.

A mesh container two sets of opposing sides, a bottom, and a rim extending outwardly from the top of the sides is folded from one or more precursors cut from a web comprising a mesh portion formed by perforating and stretching part of a sheet and an unstretched portion. Each precursor is single piece that is folded into at least two side panels made at least partly of mesh and a portion of the outwardly extending rim made of the unstretched portion of the web. One or more portions for a bottom panel may be included with the two side panels, the bottom of the container being formed by folding the bottom panel portions away for the side panels to form an overlapping joint with each other.

METAL BASKET AND METHOD FOR MAKING THE SAME

A method for making a basket includes the following steps. An expanded mesh basket and a frame are previously prepared, wherein the frame has a hollow loop-shaped structure. The expanded mesh basket has a receiving space defined therein and an open end communicating with the receiving space. A flange extends from a periphery of the open end and the frame has an annular slit defined therein for receiving the flange. The expanded mesh basket and the frame are respectively processed to peripherally form a coating, wherein the coating of the expanded mesh basket is different that of the frame. The flange of the expanded mesh basket extends into the ring of slot and the frame is clamp by a mold to securely assembled the expanded mesh basket and frame.

A basket may include a main body and a side frame. The side frame surrounds at the portion of a connecting edge, and a first side and second side clamps with each other by applying a pressure on the side frame, so the first side clamps at an inner portion of the connecting edge and the second side clamps at an outer portion thereof. Thus, the side frame can be quickly connected with the main body without bending the connecting edge to a predetermined angle, which can simplify the assembly process and further reduce the production costs.
