Disassembleable cheese container with wrap-around interlock and increased fill volume
A disassembleable, reusable plastic container that can be used for the manufacture, storage and transportation of cheese products. The container may utilize wrap-around interlocks. The endwalls of the container may be flexible to allow the container to undergo minimal deformation when filled with cheese products. The container may also have a recessed pressboard that allows for increased capacity in the container. The container may also utilize positive corner interlocks that minimize unintentional disengagement.
NEW FOLDABLE BOX AND ASSEMBLING AND DISASSEMBLING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a new foldable box and an assembling and disassembling method thereof. The box includes a first plate (1), a second plate (2) and two side plates (3). The two side plates are respectively hinged with the second plate. Sliding guiding holes are provided on the first plate. The two side plates are respectively fixedly connected or movably connected with a sliding member. The two sliding members (4) are respectively slidably provided in the sliding guiding holes, such that the two side plates respectively slide toward each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve folding or slide away from each other along the sliding guiding holes to achieve unfolding. The foldable box is simple in structure and convenient for assembling, reducing the space occupied thereby.
Light and integrated junction system of the walls of a collapsible container
The present invention comprises a junction system of structures, preferably for container walls, which is light and is integrated to the structures to be joined providing high strength and rigidity reducing the weight of the joint, which comprises at least a closing device having at least a pair of closing means, a male closing mean and a female closing mean, wherein said closing means join at least two structures together, or two adjacent faces of a container for fruit and vegetable products, preferably the side faces, being fixed to said structures or faces; further comprising a column fixed to one of said structures, wherein said column is configured as a hollow cylindrical body which in turn is integrated to at least one of said closing means. Furthermore, the invention comprises an associated container and its manufacturing process.
Compartmented assembly and method for making a compartmented assembly
Compartmented assemblies related to customizable storage compartments. A bottom panel, side panels, and divider panels may be configured in any combination to form a compartmented assembly with a primary compartment comprising at least two sub-compartments. A method of designing and constructing compartmented assemblies is described. A graphical user interface may be used to format a design which may be transmitted to associated machinery for automated cutting of the component panels. Series of notches, tabs, and apertures are used for mating adjacent panels to one another. Adhesive may be inserted into joints for securing the panels.
CONTAINER FOR THE SHIPMENT AND DISPLAY OF A PRODUCT
A container for the shipment and display of a product includes a corrugated plastic sleeve that is selectively enclosed by a pair of opposing plastic trays. The sleeve includes four adjacent panels that together define open top and bottom ends. Alignment tabs are formed on the top and bottom ends of the sleeve and fittingly protrude into complementary slots in each tray to help retain container in an assembled condition. Each tray includes a rectangular plate and an outer continuous wall which protrudes from the peripheral edge of the plate at an obtuse angle, which enables multiple trays to be arranged as a nested stack. A plurality of thru-holes is provided in the sleeve for ventilation and is arranged so that select thru-holes in adjacent panels axially align when the sleeve is collapsed into a flattened condition, thereby facilitating the stacking of used sleeves onto posts for subsequent cleaning.
Collapsible Storage Apparatus
An improved storage box, such as a children's toy box, allows quick, easy, tidy recollection of the items stored in the box after use of the items. The box itself in some versions is collapsible for easy and space-efficient storage of the box when it is not in use to store items. The storage box has five or more panels forming at least four side walls and a bottom wall for the box, where one or more of the side walls are releasable walls, each held in place by one or more releasable attachment mechanisms that allow the releasable wall to release from the other walls when the one or more attachment mechanisms are released. The box also includes a flexible mat anchored to at least one of the walls and configured to (1) extend outward from the box and onto a surface on which the box sits when one or more of the releasable walls are released and (2) return into the box when the one or more releasable walls are reattached.
Bottle with filter and infusion base
A bottle assembly includes a cap assembly, a bottle body, a base assembly and a filter assembly. The cap assembly includes a straw. The bottle body is removably connectable to the cap assembly. The base assembly is removably connectable to the bottle body. The filter assembly is connectable to the bottle body, and the filter assembly includes an aperture configured for passage of a portion of the straw. The aperture includes a mechanism that is closable when the portion of the straw is not in the aperture. A method of using a bottle includes removing the cap assembly from an upper opening of the bottle body and introducing fluid into the upper opening of the bottle body and through a filter assembly, the filter assembly including an aperture configured for passage of a portion of the straw. The method also includes closing the aperture.
INTEGRATED ANTI-SPILL CONTAINER
A spill proof integrated container having a flexible cover, a snack container, a beverage cup and a straw. The snack container is attached to the beverage container. The snack container has a straw port. The flexible cover is secured over at least the snack container and has a diaphragm with slit openings formed through the diaphragm in order to access a first compartment within the snack container.
