In addition, the balance board may further include an adjustable angle stop system comprising at least one adjustable angle stop movable at adjustable intervals to change a maximum angle by which the upper plate may be pivoted.
Water ball hoop
A goal configured to both float and be used on water is disclosed. The goal comprises a base, a support structure, and a planar element. The base includes a top surface defining a base plane. The support structure has a pair of opposing arm portions coupled to the base. The planar element is coupled to and extends between the pair of opposing arms of the support structure, is disposed generally perpendicular to the base plane, and defines at least one generally circular main aperture.
Multi-sport athletic resistance training belt
An athletic training belt including: a first part comprising a radially internal and radially constrictable waist belt; a second part connected to the first part, the second part being a radially external and circumferentially rigid annular frame, wherein the annular frame includes an annular track, a mechanical connector that slidably moves about the track, and an aperture for connecting with athletic training equipment; wherein the annular frame comprises frame portions that move relative to each other, wherein the training belt is reversibly closable to form an annular loop; and a third part fixedly connected to a radially internal surface of the annular frame, wherein the third part flexibly connects the waist belt to the annular frame.
BALANCE EXERCISE DEVICE
A multi-purpose balance exercise device designed to be used in multiple positions and for diverse exercises. For example, various embodiments allow for the device to be used as an aerobic step device as well as the ability to easily adjust the device to various heights to easily decrease the level of difficulty of the device for use during various exercises. The balance exercise device can provide a plurality of handles and grab points both horizontally and vertically, which allow for an enhanced number of exercises or movements using either the top and/or bottom of the device. The exercise device includes a flexible bladder filled with air, other gases, or gels attached to a substantially rigid base. The base can include an interior within which features such as handles are disposed to provide a gripping or lifting exercise for which the balance exercise device can be used.
FOOTBALL THROWING TRAINER AND A METHOD OF USING THE SAME
A method of training to improve a user's ability to throw a football. The method may include gripping a training ball, with the training ball having a first end and a second end spaced along a longitudinal axis. A plurality of laces may be positioned between the first end and the second end. The training ball may define a lengthwise circumference which passes through the first and second ends, and a maximum widthwise circumference perpendicular to the lengthwise circumference and positioned between the first and second ends. The maximum widthwise circumference of the training ball may be greater than the maximum widthwise circumference of the football. The training ball may be gripped by one hand of the user, with at least one of the user's fingers extending toward the plurality of laces. The method may further include throwing the training ball in an overhand throwing motion.
Floatation device
A floatation device is provided. In some embodiments, a floatation device is provided, comprising an inflatable ring composed of a transparent material, wherein the inflatable ring includes: an outer air chamber having a first valve for inflating the outer air chamber; an inner air chamber having a second valve for inflating the inner air chamber, wherein the outer air chamber and the inner air chamber are not in communication; a cut through the outer air chamber and the inner air chamber of the inflatable ring that forms opposing ends of the inflatable ring; and a plurality of fasteners placed on a top surface and a bottom surface of the outer or inner air chamber for detachably connecting the opposing ends of the inflatable ring.
Swim training apparatus for bilateral undulation power development
A swim training apparatus for use as a monofin for bilateral undulation power development. The apparatus includes a flexible, elongated member having a series of securing members, such as through-holes extending from the top surface of the elongated member through to its bottom surface, and fasteners configured and disposed to attach to the securing member, such as straps that can extend through the through-holes, to fasten the apparatus to a user's legs. A weight can be attached using similar attachments and fasteners to the apparatus to increase undulation during use.
Performance training garment
Present invention discloses a performance training garment, particularly a whole-body performance training garment which in a single garment covers, essentially, the wearer's major portions such as torso, arms and legs. The garment body is incorporated with a series of inflatable bladders to provide external resistance to the wearers muscles. The body of the garment also includes a network of supply lines that is responsible for supplying an air inflation medium to the bladders. The inflation and deflation is controlled by a control device that has wearer operated interface. The performance training garment as disclosed herein provides the effect of exercising in a high-G environment by furnishing external resistance against which the wearer's muscles contracts.
Sports helmet with liner system
A sports helmet comprises a single-piece plastic shell, an occipital shock absorber attached to the inner surface of the shell in the rear region to at least partially overlie an occipital area of the head, an inflatable occipital pad removably attached to the inner surface of the shell in the rear region and positioned between the inner surface of the shell and the lateral padding assembly to push the occipital shock absorber forward when the occipital pad is inflated. The occipital pad comprises a top sheet and a bottom sheet bonded together, a plurality of inflatable pockets formed in the top sheet and fluidly connected through channels formed in the top sheet, a valve assembly for inflating the plurality of inflatable pockets, the valve assembly bonded to the bottom sheet.
