AUTOMATIC BALL DELIVERY AND SWING CONDITIONING DEVICE
20170072282 · 2017-03-16 ·

An automatic launching assembly that delivers balls vertically from the ground upwards to a user. The user may take swings at the vertically-launched balls and deliver the balls into a catching assembly. The catching assembly intercepts the balls and directs the balls to a return ramp and a ball sequencer. The ball sequencing mechanism aligns the balls into a single-file line and returns each ball back to the launching mechanism.

SPORTS HELMET WITH LINER SYSTEM

A sports helmet comprises a single-piece plastic shell, an occipital shock absorber attached to the inner surface of the shell in the rear region to at least partially overlie an occipital area of the head, an inflatable occipital pad removably attached to the inner surface of the shell in the rear region and positioned between the inner surface of the shell and the lateral padding assembly to push the occipital shock absorber forward when the occipital pad is inflated. The occipital pad comprises a top sheet and a bottom sheet bonded together, a plurality of inflatable pockets formed in the top sheet and fluidly connected through channels formed in the top sheet, a valve assembly for inflating the plurality of inflatable pockets, the valve assembly bonded to the bottom sheet. The valve assembly extends through a hole in the shell for inflation.

DAP system adjustments via flexible restraints and related devices, systems and methods

A height-adjustable DAP exercise system is provided having a support platform, an inflatable enclosure secured to the support platform at a base opening through the enclosure and extending vertically therefrom when inflated, and a top frame attached to the enclosure at an enclosure top opening. The DAP system further includes adjustable lift restraints each having a restraint length between first and second ends and configured for adjustment between a first restraint length and at least one second restraint length, in which each first end of each lift restraint is attached to a middle portion of the enclosure and each second end is attached to the top frame or the base. The enclosure height is adjustable between a first and second enclosure height responsive to adjustments for lift restraint lengths. The system also includes a low height safety harness for the top frame and related methods.

Comparative Exercisa Session Equivalende, Differential Air Pressure (DAP) Systems, Controls And Related Devices And Methods

A method is provided of evaluating comparative equivalence for a user of a Differential Air Pressure (DAP) system between an unsupported exercise session and an unweighted DAP exercise session. The method includes receiving, for a comparative group of the unweighted and unsupported sessions, an unweighting for each and a 1.sup.st exercise parameter for a base selection of the group having a first gait speed and a first incline. The method includes evaluating a session output for the comparative group based on the first gait speed and incline and an unweighting (if any) of the base selection, which includes determining, for a comparison selection of the comparative group and the session output, based on an unweighting of the comparison selection, a 2.sup.nd exercise parameter having a second gait speed and a second incline. The method further includes providing the output and comparative information including the second speed and the second incline.

BOXING TRAINING INFLATION DEVICE

The present disclosure provides a boxing training inflation device, the device is provided with a rotating component that connects an inflation column and a strike column, the inflation column is fixed through a base body. The strike column is provided with an impact arm, which is arranged in a row and distributed on left and right sides of the strike column, a trainer uses his fists and feet to strike the impact arm. When subjected to an external force, the impact arm will form a linkage with the strike column; and thus, a rotating disc is driven to rotate on a fixed disc by the strike column. Compared to traditional immovable sandbags, the boxing training inflation device can more effectively train trainer' reaction ability, the training content is more diverse, and it has the advantages of flexible use, strong antagonism, stable structure, and strong resistance to strike.

A core bladder is disclosed. The core bladder a body, a skeletal load-support matrix, and a valve. The body defines a fluid-receiving cavity. The skeletal load-support matrix is disposed within the fluid-receiving cavity. The valve is supported by the body. The valve is configured to permit fluid communication with the fluid-receiving cavity to selectively arrange the body in one of a compact deflated state and an expanded inflated state. An exercise assembly including the core bladder is also disclosed.

PORTABLE ABDOMINAL EXERCISE SEAT

This is an exercise device that sits on the floor used for sit-ups/crunches and core body exercise twists. Handles affixed to the stationary base plate of the device allow user to grasp and pull up body for easier, modified crunches/sit-ups, as well as to turn the body to the right and left on a rotatable seat plate during abdominal twist exercises. The seat of the device rotates on a fixed axis pin or be secured on its perimeter in a manner to still allow rotation. An optional waist/knee strap-belt secured to the stationary base plate allows the user to anchor his body down while exercise allowing greater leverage to lift body weight and/or external weights while and reducing unwanted leg lift. The device also has optional front and lumbar cushion support. The device is small enough to easily carry to gym or on trips.

TWISTABLE GRIPABLE EXERCISE DEVICE

A wrist-grip exercise device is disclosed comprising two partial spheroids interconnected by an elastic central bridge, which partial spheroids may be rotatable axially 90 degrees in opposite directions around a longitudinal axis under the force, with each partial spheroid acting as a graspable handle. In some embodiments the partial spheroids are in the shape of hemispheres. The elastic bridge provides resistance to facilitate exercise and power to return the device to its original shape after being twisted and contorted during use. The elastic central bridge may be an elastomeric polymer material interconnecting the two partial spheroids. In other embodiments the central bridge is a coil spring. In some embodiments the handles are inflatable to facilitate compression grip exercises. In some embodiments the handles are attached to the coil spring by male-female connection system. Another embodiment of the present invention substitutes polyhedrons for the two partial spheroids.
