Equipment for capturing and storing rainwater and water of other origins
The object of the present patent comprises an innovative system for harvesting runoff from rainwater and other sources, basically comprising tube-like vertical deposits with varied and adequate diameters to facilitate both assembly and construction of walls and fences, being self-supporting, modular, cost-effective, either built-in or surface-installed, being formed basically by vertical cylindrical pipes (2), preferably standard PVC water pipes, with the possibility of using metal or polymer sleeves along their lengths or applying an inner lining with fiber glass or any other material aimed at increasing the strength of large diameter pipes.
Universal handle attachment tool for manipulating different containers
A universal handle attachment tool comprises a body having a plurality of tool sides each having a container interface surface operable to engage a face of a particular container, and having a container handle interface slot operable to receive a handle of the container. The slot can comprise a keyed profile operable to interface and lock the handle attachment tool to the container. The container interface surface extends in opposing directions beyond the slot to facilitate distribution of one or more loads acting between the face of the container and the handle attachment tool to facilitate manipulation of the container. A container for storage of at least one object comprises a container body defined by a plurality of sidewalls, and a recessed portion formed a sidewall defining a recessed cavity. The container has a handle spanning the recessed cavity, whereby the recessed cavity facilitates clearance of at least one finger of a user upon grasping the handle.
Collapsible Receptacle
A receptacle is hereby presented, the receptacle comprising two pairs of generally parallel surfaces interconnected together into a hollowed cubic volume, a first pair of surfaces being collapsible surfaces and a second pair of surfaces being adapted to be coupling surfaces, a bottom surface connected to the two pairs of parallel surfaces to close a bottom of the receptacle, a retaining element disposed on the exterior of at least one of the coupling surfaces and a stiffening element secured with the retaining element to the exterior of at least one of the coupling surfaces, the stiffening element being adapted to increase self-standing receptacle capability.
Mobile device case
Aspects of the invention provide a protective case for a mobile device. The protective case includes a cavity and a removable portion configured to be removably secured within the cavity. The removable portion can be removed and reinserted from the cavity to selectively expose either surface of the removable portion. A first surface of the removable portion can include a mechanism that can be used to mount the protective case, and therefore the mobile device, to a surface of a structure.
Nest for Supporting a Plurality of Medical Containers, a Medical Container Pack Comprising this Nest, and a Method for Manufacturing a Medical Container
This nest comprises a plurality of breakable connecting bridges, a plurality of flanges arranged in a predetermined pattern and configured to form the flanges of the medical containers, the flanges being connected to the breakable connecting bridges, and a supporting structure attached to the breakable connecting bridges so as to support the flanges. The flanges are integrally formed with the breakable connecting bridges and the supporting structure.
Multi-PRB operation for narrowband systems
Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques and apparatus for multiple physical resource block (PRB) operations for narrowband (NB) systems, such as NB internet-of-things (IoT). In one aspect, a method is provided which may be performed by a wireless device such as a user equipment (UE), which may be an NB-IoT device. The method generally includes performing a cell search based on one or more signals received in an anchor RB within a set of RBs available for narrowband communications with a base station (BS); determining a location of at least one additional RB available for the narrowband communications with the BS based on an indication received in the anchor RB; and performing narrowband communications with the BS using at least one of: the anchor RB or the at least one additional resource block.
Venting device for a disposable food container
A venting device and method for the retention of food temperature and texture is disclosed. The venting device of the present invention is inserted through the top, outside surface of a food container sufficiently to allow the device to puncture the surface of the container and allow venting of the steam and moisture created from the hot food within the takeout food container.
Collapsible containers
Modular containers are formed in a collapsible fashion by flexible or rigid bodies and panels. A size of a modular container may be selected by inflating the modular container to a desired pressure or volume, coupling two or more bodies of the modular containers together, or mating the bodies of the modular containers to common bases or surfaces. The modular containers may be accessed via one or more openings in vertical or horizontal surfaces of such modular containers in order to load items into such modular containers or to unload the items therefrom. The modular containers may be assembled or collapsed manually or automatically, and transported to one or more locations separately or in stacks.
A CONTAINMENT SYSTEM FOR A SUBSTANCE IN LIQUID OR PARTICULATE FORM
Disclosed is a containment system for a substance in liquid or particulate form including juxtaposed collection containers and at least one connection bracket including a flattened base and locking unit including at least two locking elements, protruding from two respective ends of the base, wherein the collection container includes a support base which has at least one groove on its outer face which opens onto at least one edge of the support base, the groove having at least one indented housing having a plan shape equal to that of the locking elements and wherein the bracket has the first locking element inserted into the housing of a first container and the second locking element inserted into the housing of a second container.
Nestable dual-configuration storage and display container
A container assembly including a number of sidewall assemblies is provided. Each sidewall assembly includes a number of sidewalls. Each sidewall includes a generally planar perimeter and a number of tapered edge segments. The sidewalls are disposed in an enclosing configuration wherein a number of the tapered edge segments overlap. The sidewalls define a generally enclosed space. Further, each overlapping tapered edge segment is coupled to an adjacent overlapping tapered edge segment.
