Drip stopper and packaging therefor
A drip stopper for preventing the undesired falling of drops during pouring includes a substantially cylindrical wall having an insertion part for inserting into a bottleneck, and a pouring-out part. The wall has an axially parallel set-back in the form of a recess which extends over the axial length of the wall and makes is possible to adapt the drip stopper to bottlenecks of different widths.
HEAT-SHRINK SECONDARY-CLOSURE CAPSULE AND USE OF THE SKIRT OF A SECONDARY-CLOSURE CAPSULE TO PRODUCE A DRIP STOP SPOUT
A secondary-closure capsule has a head and a skirt formed from a piece of rolled heat-shrink foil, and it includes a first tear strip that encircles the capsule and is intended for detaching the head from the skirt of the capsule. The capsule also includes a second tear strip that is designed for opening the skirt so that it can be unrolled. The secondary-closure capsule is provided to allow the first tear strip to be torn off so as to detach the head from the skirt without harming the integrity of the skirt.
BOTTLE MOUNTING METHODS AND SYSTEMS
A method of mounting a bottle involves attaching, to a support body, an interface body attached to a portion of the bottle, such that at least a portion of the interface body and the portion of the bottle are positioned within an aperture defined by the support body. Bottle mounting systems are also disclosed.
Capsule for Bottle and Apparatus for Use with Capsule
A capsule for covering the top of a bottle includes a lower portion configured to wrap about a neck of the bottle, an upper portion connected to the lower portion and configured to be removed from the lower portion to expose a top of the neck, and a trench formed about a periphery of an upper edge of the lower portion. An assembly used to form the trench in the capsule includes a housing, and a blade extending outwardly from the housing.
DRIP CATCHER FOR STEMMED DRINKING VESSEL
The present disclosure relates to a device for catching liquid content or condensate flowing down the outer surface of a stemmed drinking vessel, for example a wine glass. A device is provided for collecting liquid flowing down the outside surface of a drinking vessel, the drinking vessel having a bowl and a stem, the device comprising an open and substantially conical main body having a slot along its full length such that the device can be fitted around a portion of the bowl proximal to the stem, and snugly around a portion of the stem proximal to the bowl.
Pourer device
A pourer device for mounting to a mouth portion of bottles includes a mount portion and a guide chute. The guide chute includes a generally channel shaped body having a wider proximal entry portion adjacent the bottle neck and a main portion which converges to a narrower distal portion. The mount portion includes two generally half ring portions which allows the device to be mounted to the neck of any bottle and be removable therefrom and mounted to another bottle as needed.
Cap Manufacture Methods and Apparatus
A method for manufacturing a cap comprises molding the cap in a cavity of a mold, the cavity formed by a plurality of members. The cap is released from the mold, including: a stage wherein there is a relative axial shift of a first member forming a portion of the mold cavity along an inner diameter surface of an upper sidewall and dosing tube relative to a second member forming a portion of the mold cavity along an underside of an upper web.
LABEL AND BEVERAGE CONTAINER WITH LABEL ATTACHED
A label member is configured to be partially removably attached to a bottle of a beverage container. The label member includes a double-sided tape and a flexible drip prevention film. The double-sided tape has a first adhesive surface and a second adhesive surface that are located opposite to each other, and the first adhesive surface is configured to be attached to the bottle. The flexible drip prevention film is removably attached to the second adhesive surface of the double-sided tape, and the flexible drip prevention film is configured to be rollable into a cylindrical tube to be inserted into a mouth of the beverage container after being removed from the double-sided tape. In addition, at least a part of the flexible drip prevention film extends beyond an edge of the second adhesive surface of the double-sided tape.
Beverage container
A beverage container for preventing or inhibiting moisture collection on a lower surface thereof the beverage container comprising a liquid receptacle portion for containing a beverage, the liquid receptacle portion having inner and external surfaces defined by at least one upstanding wall and a base; a support portion disposed below the base of the liquid receptacle portion; and a liquid collection device interposed between the liquid receptacle portion and the support portion for in-use collecting excess liquid present on the external surface of the liquid receptacle portion.
