Wearable resistance exercise garment and method of resistance exercise
A wearable resistance exercise garment and method of resistance exercise provides stretchy material athletic pants with elastic bands attached at the ankle ends for resistance exercises. The wearer pulls one end of the elastic bands in a first direction to generate an external resistance force that is counterbalanced by the weight and feet of the wearer. The pants have an upper waist section and a pair of legs terminating at two ankle ends. The ankle ends form openings that enable passage of the feet. A hook and loop fastener strap regulates the snugness around the ankle. A fastenable pocket forms at ankle ends. Elastic bands have a first end fixedly attach to the pocket, and a second end that can be grasped by the wearer. The bands are pulled in first direction and manipulated for resistance training. When not in use, the bands are tucked into their respective pockets.
Body roller sleeve
A sleeve for a body roller has a main area, a first flap and a second flap. The main area has a first lateral side, a second lateral side, a first wrapping end, and a second wrapping end. The first flap is near the first lateral side and extends from the first wrapping end. The second flap is near the second lateral side and extends from either the first wrapping end or the second wrapping end. The main area has a length from the first wrapping end to the second wrapping end that is less than a circumference of the body roller such that when the sleeve is wrapped with the length oriented around the circumference of the body roller, an opening is formed between a first inner edge of the first flap and a second inner edge of the second flap.

The Artificial Intelligence engine, based on past exercise data, exercise regimen, health data and expert advices, prepares best workout routine and exercise schedule of the day for respective exerciser.
Portable device for cleaning golf balls and golf clubs
A portable device for cleaning golf balls and golf clubs is provided. The device may include a hollow, impermeable housing and an impermeable lid. Situated on the lid beneath the lid inner surface is a plunger with a saddle in which to rest a golf ball. The device also contains a plurality of cleaning mechanisms disposed within an inner cavity of the housing and arranged to form a channel, so that when a user submerges and reciprocates the plunger, the golf balls are cleaned. The device may further include a spray nozzle to dispense cleaning solution onto golf clubs. A tee holder, divot fixer holder, and towel holder may also be coupled to the exterior of the housing. The device is preferably sized and shaped to be disposed within or coupled to a golf bag or golf cart.

The bottle is contained in the pocket formed by second textile and the elastic webbing. The carabiner anchors the golf towel with liquid container to an anchor point such as a golf bag.

A weighted suit, includes a sleeveless suit to fit around a torso area of a user and having a zipper to secure the sleeveless suit in place on the torso; a first pair of weights integrated into a chest portion of the sleeveless suit; a second pair of weights integrated into an upper back portion of the sleeveless suit; a third pair of weights integrated into thigh regions; and a control system sewn into the sleeveless suit and having a power source; a wireless chip; and one or more sensors incorporated into the control system and to receive and determine data associated with a workout; each weight of the first, second, and third pair of weights is permanently sewn into the sleeveless suit to be completely enclosed by a material that the sleeveless suit is composed of, thereby being permanently incorporated into the sleeveless suit.
