Cross-training treadmill
An apparatus used for cardiovascular workouts and strength training workouts contains a treadmill, a first weight-engaging pulley mechanism, a second weight-engaging pulley mechanism, a first guide channel, and a second guide channel. The treadmill is used to complete the cardiovascular workouts. The first weight-engaging pulley mechanism and the second weight-engaging pulley mechanism are used for strength training. Since the weight arrangement of the apparatus is movable along the first guide channel and the second guide channel, the user can complete a wide variety of strength training workouts. The apparatus also contains an incline-adjustment mechanism, which orients the treadmill belt track to simulate an incline or a decline. A belt direction-reversing mechanism of the apparatus helps change the direction a belt that is layered along the treadmill belt track.
UNDERWATER STRIKING BAG DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING THE SAME
An underwater striking bag device includes a bag having an annular upper compartment disposed in an upper section of the bag and receiving air therein, a neck extending through the upper section and communicating with a lower compartment receiving water therein, a weight in the bottom section, a removable cap connected to the neck, an air valve connected to the annular upper compartment to provide for filling air into the annular upper compartment, at least one handle connected to the bag for assisting in filling and removal of water into the lower compartment as well as exercising by grabbing the handles and pushing, pulling, and lifting the bag during a workout.

Coordinated Weight Selection
A free weight assembly includes a cradle, an aerobic exercise element that is movable with respect to the cradle during the performance of an exercise, at least one free weight removable from the cradle, an input in communication with a processor that determines a time to instruct a user to remove the free weight, and an indicator that activates when the time to remove the free weight arrives.
ERGONOMIC HELD WEIGHT UNITS, RELATED COMPUTING DEVICE APPLICATIONS AND METHOD OF USE
Hand held weight units of light weight manufactured as a solid unit, a shell unit with core insert combinations or modular units with interlocking ends. Shell units with core inserts and modular interlocking units allow for the changing of held weight by inserting or removing inserts or by locking or unlocking of modular weight unit sets creating varying held weight. The weight units are primarily used with upper body exercises during aerobic exercises in the home, outdoors, or in a gym setting such as walking or running to vary the intensity of workout during use.
ACCESSORY DEVICE HOLDER SUITABLE FOR GOLF CART
An accessory holder and mount of an accessory holder for use with a golf ball holder of a golf cart are provided. The accessory mount includes a base and a stem. The base is substantially spherical with an outer diameter approximately the size of a regulation golf ball. The base is configured to be received and selectively secured within the golf ball holder. The stem extends between first and second ends. The first end is attached to the base and the second end is remote from the base and attached to the first device holder. The stem and base are sized and configured such that the base may be pivoted within the golf ball holder upon the application of an external force by a user to adjust an orientation of the stem relative to the golf ball holder.
SYSTEM FOR ALIGNING SHOULDERS AND SPINE FOR SPORTS TRAINING
Posture training systems provide hands-free shoulder and back\spine alignment assistance for facilitating correct posture and alignment of the shoulders and spine of an athlete throughout swing or other physical rotational movements, and methods of their use. The posture training systems include vests that provide information during and throughout the rotational movement about spine-tilt angle relative to the ground, plane of the shoulders during torso rotation, perpendicularity between the spine and a line drawn between the shoulders, as well as departures from or maintenance of any of the initial parameters.
Weighted Exercise Ribbon
A weighted exercise ribbon has flexible unweighted portions located at each end with at least one weighted portion between, with the end unweighted portions having sufficient length that the ribbon may be conveniently positioned or tied in place by a user.
Golf bag with club spacing features
A golf bag having a body with a pair of flat sides. The body having a separator structure at an upper end that defines a plurality of openings to a plurality of club compartments. The separator structure defines a width between the openings configured to prevent contact between a club head of each club and the shaft of adjacent clubs. In some configurations, each compartment is fully separated from one another. Each club compartment defines a terminal point upon which the club rests within the compartment. The terminal points are configured to offset the club heads of adjacent clubs within the golf bag. In some configurations, a plurality of club receptacles can be provided on one or both of the pair of flat sides.
DESK PLATFORM STRUCTURE FOR FITNESS BIKE
A desk platform structure for a fitness bike, including a desk platform, a desk platform fixing and sliding mechanism and a supporting rod is provided. The desk platform fixing and sliding mechanism includes a pair of fixing bars, a pair of sliding rails, and a fixing rack. The desk platform is installed on the fixing bars which are installed on the sliding rails. The sliding rails are fixed on guiding bars at two sides of the fixing rack which is connected to the supporting rod. A braking mechanism and a control mechanism for sliding and positioning of the fixing bar are disposed between the fixing bar and the fixing rack. Accordingly, the desk platform is more stable and reliable, and may slide and be positioned at any location. It is convenient to use the desk platform by further adjusting the inclination angle of the desk platform.
