Football snapper
A portable automatic football snapper may be built as a tube to launch football snaps while being lightweight and able to be carried by handle, shoulder-strap, or clipped onto another backpack. The snapper is small and can store a football within, and, when stood upright, may serve as a stand for a football placed on top to simulate an under center exchange. A stand built into a side of the bag extends to establish a base and ideal snap angle for shotgun snap use. Inside the snapper, a cup may be used to hold the football, may be pulled down and clipped into a pre-snap position, and upon release is pulled upwards, launching or snapping the ball in a spiral to the quarterback. The release may be manual, automatic based on a mechanical or electronic timer, or sound-activated or remote controlled allowing snap control by the quarterback.

An article (600) is provided which includes a body (500) having an interior volume (100), and hook (124) and loop (125) features which, when pressed closed in at least one locations (130, 131) location, creates a dynamic hammock dam (132) that retains a fill material (140) that has been inserted into the interior volume. The strength of the hammock dam increases with outward pressure (141) applied on the closure by the fill material. The article is preferably equipped with a large mouth opening (110) which allows rapid filling or emptying of the fill material from the internal volume.

The exercise machine also includes a console that incorporates a display and a speaker, one or more processors, and memory storing programmed instructions of the programmed workout that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to automatically control, by the programmed instructions of the programmed workout, an operating parameter of the exercise element during the performance of the programmed workout and automatically present, by the programmed instructions of the programmed workout, exercise instructions regarding alternating use of the exercise element and of the one or more free weights during the performance of the programmed workout.

Shell units with core inserts and modular interlocking units allow for the changing of held weight by inserting or removing inserts or by locking or unlocking of modular weight unit sets creating varying held weight. The weight units are primarily used with upper body exercises during aerobic exercises in the home, outdoors, or in a gym setting such as walking or running to vary the intensity of workout during use.
Lacrosse stick skills training device and method
A training device and method of training for a lacrosse stick assembly are provided. The training device can include a band including a front portion and a back portion. The band can be configured such that a point on the back portion of the band is arranged a distance higher than a point on the front portion. When the band is secured to the head of the lacrosse stick assembly, the back portion of the band is arranged closer to the lip of the head. A weight can be arranged on the back portion of the band and on an exterior side thereof. The weight is configured to be held below the sidewalls of the head at a location in the pocket where a lacrosse ball would sit during actual play when the band is secured to the head.
YOGA MAT CARRIER
A yoga mat carrier that includes: a cylindrical body; a strap attachment at each end of the cylindrical body; a sleeve on the cylindrical body; a plurality of pockets on the cylindrical body; and a pull cart, wherein the pull cart supports the cylindrical body. The pull cart includes an extendable handle, where the sleeve fits over the extendable handle. Further features of the pull cart includes a base and a set of wheels, where the base supports the cylindrical body. The plurality of pockets may includes a towel pocket and other pockets for accessories related to the yoga practice. A bottle holder is provided on the cylindrical body to hold a water bottle.
Travel Cover
Travel covers protect and transport sports equipment or other objects during travel in cars, trains, walking or airlines. Typical travel covers have a handle attached to an enclosure having at least one wheel. The travel covers may have a cradle on an interior surface of an enclosure for receiving a potentially abrasive wear portion of the sporting equipment or other object to protect the travel cover from wear. The travel cover may be for a golf bag and clubs, where the cradle receives a portion of the stand mechanism for a golf stand bag or a connection portion for a golf cart bag.
