In one aspect, the invention provides a swim fin comprising a foldable fin blade and foot enclosure, and means for releasably securing the foot of a user within said foot enclosure when in use for swimming. When not in use for swimming, the fin is collapsed to demonstrate a substantially flat form and releasably interconnected with another such swim fin to form a loop structure that can be worn as a belt or bandolier, or stored flat and carried within a fanny pack. The combination swim fin belt apparatus allows a user to carry a pair of swim fins conveniently, comfortably and unobtrusively while engaging in activities that take place on or near the water. The fins are thus immediately available to be deployed for swimming, in particular when the user unexpectedly needs to swim long distances or in challenging conditions without the aid of water safety devices.

The present disclosure discloses an exercise bicycle with a desk plate, which comprises a frame, a supporting foot, a seat and a desk plate, the frame including a first upright column to support the desk plate and a second upright column to support the seat, wherein a first lifting assembly is provided on the first upright column to connect the desk plate and the first upright column, and enables the adjustment of the upper and lower positions of the desk plate relative to the first upright column. A batting training aid includes a base, a vertically-extending brace or leg supported by the base, and a plane attached to an upper end of the brace via a joint. The brace allows for adjustment of the height of the plane, while the joint between the plane and the brace allows the plane to roll, pitch, and/or yaw to mimic optimal swing planes for different pitch locations/angles and batter heights. The training aid can incorporate a batting tee for tee work and/or a resistive medium to approximate contact during dry swings. A guide bar can be provided above the plane to prevent a hitter from swinging down on the ball. Sensors can be incorporated into the training aid to measure one or more swing metrics, such as bat speed; data collected by the sensors can be transmitted to external devices such as smartphones, tablets, personal computers, and the like.
