Structured Shake Sleeve
This disclosure relates to a structured shake sleeve that goes around a beverage container, wherein the beverage container is used for the storing, mixing or blending of liquids for consumption, and wherein the unique design of the sleeve improves the texture and flavor of the liquid blended within beverage contained around which the sleeve is placed. Paired magnets in the sleeve that are positioned opposite to each other create a magnetic field between the two magnets and the magnetic field acts upon the liquid within the container to improve the flavor and texture of the liquid.
Removable wrap for decorating bottles and other objects
A bottle decorated with a removable wrap includes a bottle and a removable wrap. The wrap includes a thin resilient planar body that is curved such that the body forms a structure resembling a portion of a cylinder. A decorative treatment is applied to the body. In a first state, the wrap is separated from the bottle, and the cylindrical structure is in a natural/default state and has a first radius. In a second state, the wrap is separated from the bottle, and the cylindrical structure is in a spread state and has a second radius. In a third state, the wrap is mounted around the bottle, the cylindrical structure is in a partially-spread mounting state and has a third radius such that bias in the partially-spread body is applied to the bottle. The second radius is larger than the third radius which is larger than the first radius.
MAGNETIC OBJECT HOLDER
A magnetic object holder is a device for releasably attaching an object to a ferromagnetic surface. The device can include an insulated flexible sleeve defining an interior space in which the object is removably receivable. The sleeve grips the object in an interference fit when the object is received in the interior space. One or more magnets secured to a portion of the sleeve enables the sleeve to be releasably attached to the ferromagnetic surface while the object is received in the interior space.
HEAT-SHRINKABLE MULTILAYER FILM AND HEAT-SHRINKABLE LABEL
The present invention provides a heat shrinkable multilayer film that can prevent wrinkles or loosening after attachment when the film is attached to a container as a heat shrinkable label for dry heat shrinking, and a heat shrinkable label including the heat shrinkable multilayer film as a base film. Provided is a heat shrinkable multilayer film including: front and back layers each containing a polyester resin; and an interlayer containing a polystyrene resin, wherein the heat shrinkable multilayer film has a dimensional change in a TD represented by an equation (1) of 55 to 1000 m as measured by thermomechanical analysis (TMA) in which the temperature of the heat shrinkable multilayer film under a load of 0.10 N is increased from 30 C. to 60 C. at a temperature increase rate of 5 C./min and then cooled from 60 C. to 10 C. at a temperature decrease rate of 5 C./min, the equation (1) being:
Dimensional change=dimension in TD at 20 C.dimension in TD at 60 C. (1).
CONTAINER WITH GRIP
A container assembly for holding a beverage includes a walled container having an interior surface and an exterior surface. An expandable grip accessory is operatively coupled to the walled container and includes a grip accessory body movable between an extended configuration and a collapsed configuration. The grip accessory body includes a first end and a second end. A hub is operatively coupled to the walled container and includes an opening sized to receive at least a portion of the second end of the grip accessory body. The first end of the grip accessory body is spaced away from the exterior surface of the walled container when the grip accessory body is in the extended configuration.
Container sleeve system
A container sleeve system and method of manufacture thereof can include: a container having a shoulder; and a sleeve having coupling ends coupled together with a handle therebetween, the coupling ends including a rounded overhang, the coupling ends including bottom retention recesses formed within a bottom side thereof, and the shoulder extending through the rounded overhang, and the handle including a handle body providing thickness to the handle, the handle body formed on the handle.
Drinking Vessel Holder Assembly
A drinking vessel holder assembly comprising: a base comprising a receiving portion for receiving a lower part of a vessel, the base being provided with one or more connecting portions located along the base; one or more frame members wherein each of said frame members comprises respective locking portions adapted for connection with one or more connecting portions of the base; wherein during use, in an assembled configuration, locking portions of the frame members are adapted to be coupled with respective connecting portions of the base such that the frame members extend upwardly relative to the base to form a vessel holder frame that defines an internal volume to receive the vessel therein.
INSULATING BOTTLE COVER
An insulating cover for beverage bottles is formed by cutting, folding, and sewing a unitary, flexible sheet of insulating material such as a laminate of fabric and neoprene foam. Following sewing, the cover is turned inside out so that the stitching is hidden inside the cover. The sheet is shaped in the cutting stage so that the cover includes a portion that surrounds a part of the neck of the bottle, and a web that extends across and covers substantially the entire bottom surface of the bottle. The bottle is inserted into the cover through one of two openings on opposite sides of the web.
Puncture repair liquid holding container
A puncture repair liquid holding container includes a container main body provided with a holding portion that holds a puncture repair liquid and an opening, a cap mounted on the opening, and a reinforcing member made from a material having a tensile elastic modulus per unit cross-sectional area greater than that of a material constituting the holding portion. The reinforcing member is disposed around an entire circumference of the holding portion over at least a portion of the holding portion in a height direction.
