Painting Supplies Storage Device And Method Of Use
A painting supplies storage device that prevents drying and settling of paint includes a container, which has an open top for addition of an open can of paint. A lid is selectively attachable to the container to sealably close the open top. A hole is axially positioned in the lid. A first rod is positioned through the hole and is rotationally and sealably attached to the lid. A lower end of the first rod is positioned proximate to a bottom of the container and its upper end protrudes from the lid. A plurality of paddles is attached to and extends from the first rod. A rotator assembly is attached to the upper end of the first rod to selectively rotate the first rod, whereby the paddles mix the paint. A shell, an upper facet of which is open, is attached to the container for stowage of one or more painting tools.
METHOD FOR CONTAINER AND HANDLE ATTACHMENT
A plastic container used for holding fluid material with an attachable handle is provided. The container includes a body, a plurality of walls, a spout, an attachable handle and a sliding structure. The spout is a hollow, cylindrical portion that extends from an opening in one of the walls. The cylindrical portion is configured to insert or remove the fluid material from the container. The attachable handle includes a rail structure that further includes a pair of non-parallel offset rails and a latch. The latch has a latching surface that is located at the ends of the offset rails farthest from each other. The slide structure includes a generally rectangular projection. The projection further includes a pair of non-parallel offset grooves and a latching surface. The latching surface is located where the grooves are farthest from each other. The offset grooves are adapted to mate with the offset rails and are fully engaged by the offset rails when the latch is engaged with the latching surface.
EXTENDABLE POURING DEVICE AND METHOD OF USING SAME
A pouring device for pouring material from a container and method of using same are disclosed. The pouring device is movable between open and closed configurations. An embodiment provides a pouring device that includes a main body which comprises a main body portion, an attachment portion, and at least two hinges which connect to at least two movable walls extending angularly from the main body to form a conduit when the pouring device is in the open configuration. Another embodiment provides a pouring device that has a central portion rigidly connecting two walls. The attachment portion is placed within the container below an upper plane of a rim of the container. Embodiments foster a pouring solution that can be easily and quickly mounted within a container and that allows a user to close the container while the pouring device is mounted entirely within the container.
Storage Device with Handle
Various carrying mechanisms to transport a storage device, container or unit are shown. The carrying mechanisms actuate between various positions that may interfere with opening a lid of the storage unit. Various configurations of the carrying mechanisms reduce their profile when in use. Also described are multi-segmented carrying mechanisms that provides a beneficial weight distribution while facilitating actuating the carrying mechanism between different positions.
PET FOOD STORAGE APPARATUS TO STORE AND SERVE FOOD
The present invention provides a pet food storage apparatus (100) to store and serve pet food. The storage apparatus (100) includes a container (10) having a bottom wall (12), a sidewall (14), and an opening (16) defining a hollow portion (15). An extruded portion (30) is radially extended internally from the sidewall (14). A first bowl (40a) is removably arranged on the extruded portion (30) of the sidewall (14). Further, a second bowl (40b) is removably arranged in a nested configuration over the first bowl (40a). A depressed cavity (44b) of the second bowl (40b) is used to store an accessory. The first bowl (40a) and the second bowl (40b) are removed from the container (10) to serve food or water to the pet. A lid (60) is provided to open or close the container (10).
EXTENSION COLLAR FOR PAILS OF MIXABLE BUILDING MATERIAL
An extension collar is provided for use with a pail having an opening and containing mixable building material. The collar includes an annular body with an upper edge, an opposite lower edge, and a sidewall connecting the edges. In addition, the body has a diameter that is complementary to, and insertable into the opening of the pail such that upon insertion into the pail, the collar adds to a height of the pail.
Compact Container
The invention, a compact container for mounting to a golf cart, has a box like body with an open top end and a pocket in the back wall that cooperates with a bracket mounted to a golf cart for selectively supporting the container. The invention includes a cover having a flat top wall and a pair of opposing side flaps that extend over the side walls of the body to form a pivotal connection for movement about a first axis of rotation between a closed and an opened position of the container. A U-shaped handle extends over opposing side walls of the body to form a pivotal connection along a second axis of rotation for movement between a raised position and a stowed position of the handle. The first axis is disposed approximately halfway between the second axis and the back wall of the container wherein the top wall of the cover, in the opened position, is flush with, and substantially overlaps, the back wall of the body. Thus, the clearance required for the container is minimized for mounting within the restricted space available on a golf cart.
Portable beverage service device
A portable beverage service device may include a base, defining a central cavity, and a minor lid movably coupled to the base. An organizing divider may be disposed in the base over the central cavity. A plurality of container receptacles may be positioned on the organizing divider and may extend into the central cavity. A chest, which may define an auxiliary cavity that extends into the central cavity, may be disposed in the organizing divider. A major lid, having a lateral restraint, may be coupled to the base and may be movable between a major lid open position and a major lid closed position. The lateral restraint may be moved to a horizontal position when the major lid is in the major lid closed position, and the lateral restraint may be moved to a vertical position when the major lid is in the major lid open position.
