In a sealed letter producing device which folds and seals, with a content, an envelope sheet on which pressure-sensitive adhesives are provided, sealing with pressure rollers smaller than in conventional rollers is achieved. Pressure-sensitive adhesives 106 are provided in both edge portions in the width direction of an envelope sheet 100, and remoistening paste 107 is provided inwardly of both edge portions. The remoistening paste is moistened when the envelope sheet wrapping a content is bent and formed into an envelope 50, the entire surface of the envelope is pressurized by low-pressure rollers and adhered with the remoistening paste, and further only both edge portions of the envelope 50 are pressurized by an upper and lower set and a left and right pair of the pressure rollers 80, 80 having a small width to adhere the pressure-sensitive adhesive 106. High pressure required for adhesion of the pressure-sensitive adhesives is only necessary in both edge portions of the envelope, and therefore small pressure rollers 80 will suffice.

A card carrier includes a presentation substrate, a pocket layer connected to an interior side of the presentation substrate, and a notification carrier configured to fit within a receiving pocket. The presentation substrate defines a presentation address window. The receiving pocket is defined by the pocket layer and the presentation substrate. The pocket layer defines an interior display window configured for displaying card object data and is connected to the presentation substrate such that the interior display window is positioned in a top half of the presentation substrate. When the notification carrier is positioned within the receiving pocket, an address on the notification carrier is visible through the presentation address window.

An envelope assembly includes an original and a return address components. The original address component has a front side having an original address provided thereon, a rear side, and a first attachment portion provided around at least part of the perimeter of the original address component. The return address component includes a second attachment portion provided around at least part of the perimeter of the return address component and a return envelope portion, wherein the second attachment portion is attached to the first attachment portion The return envelope portion has a front side having a return address provided thereon, a rear side, and an interior for receiving return mailing materials. The rear side of the original address component faces the front side of the return envelope portion, and the return envelope portion is removeably attached to and separable from the second attachment portion by a first separation device.

Point of sale envelopes and methods of producing the same are disclosed herein. An example method includes moving a substrate in a direction. The substrate includes a first side opposite a second side. The method includes applying adhesive to the second side of a first portion and a second portion of a first panel of the substrate. The first portion is spaced apart from the second portion. The method includes folding the first panel about a first fold line to couple the first panel to a second panel of the substrate and forming an opening to a pocket in the first panel. The pocket is defined by the second panel and a third portion of the first panel. The third portion is positioned between the first and second portions.

Point of sale envelopes and methods of producing the same are disclosed herein. An example method includes moving a substrate in a direction. The substrate includes a first side opposite a second side. The method includes applying adhesive to the second side of a first portion and a second portion of a first panel of the substrate. The first portion is spaced apart from the second portion. The method includes folding the first panel about a first fold line to couple the first panel to a second panel of the substrate and forming an opening to a pocket in the first panel. The pocket is defined by the second panel and a third portion of the first panel. The third portion is positioned between the first and second portions.

Example aspects of a cushioned sheet, a cushioned mailer, and a method of forming a cushioned sheet are disclosed. The cushioned sheet can comprise a first layer comprising a first base and a plurality of first sockets extending from the first base, each of the first sockets spaced apart from adjacent ones of the first sockets; a second layer coupled to the first layer by an adhesive, the second layer comprising a second base and a plurality of second sockets extending from the second base, each of the second sockets aligned with a corresponding one of the first sockets to define a void therebetween; and a plurality of cushioning inserts, each of the plurality cushioning inserts substantially spherical in shape and received in a corresponding one of the voids.

Example aspects of a cushioned sheet, a cushioned mailer, and a method of forming a cushioned sheet are disclosed. The cushioned sheet can comprise a first layer comprising a first base and a plurality of first sockets extending from the first base, each of the first sockets spaced apart from adjacent ones of the first sockets; a second layer coupled to the first layer by an adhesive, the second layer comprising a second base and a plurality of second sockets extending from the second base, each of the second sockets aligned with a corresponding one of the first sockets to define a void therebetween; and a plurality of cushioning inserts, each of the plurality cushioning inserts substantially spherical in shape and received in a corresponding one of the voids.
