The mailer bag also includes a flap and a first side extension. The flap is configured to extend across the opening to close the carrying volume during shipping. The flap includes a first end portion that is attached to the rear panel and a second end portion that is configured to secure to the front panel. The first side extension extends from a first edge of the second end portion of the flap that is adjacent the first side panel. The first side extension is configured to extend around the first side panel and to secure to the rear panel when the second end portion is secured to the front panel.

BAG, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A BAG
The invention describes a pouch-type bag, with a first wall and with a second wall, which comprise paper and which are connected to one another via side edges, so that a filling space is provided, wherein the second wall, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the pouch, protrudes beyond the first wall, with two ends, wherein a base is arranged at one end, which base comprises at least one envelope area of the second wall, wherein the envelope area is folded over about a first crease line at least onto parts of the first wall, wherein an opening is provided at the other end, via which opening the filling space is accessible, wherein one of the walls comprises a sealing area which can be folded over about a second crease line onto the outside of the other wall and can be fastened there by means of an adhesive element applied to the sealing area.
The sealing area comprises a tear-off aid between the second crease line and the adhesive element, with which the sealing area can be at least partially severed to allow renewed access to the filling space.
BAG, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A BAG
The invention describes a pouch-type bag, with a first wall and with a second wall, which comprise paper and which are connected to one another via side edges, so that a filling space is provided, wherein the second wall, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the pouch, protrudes beyond the first wall, with two ends, wherein a base is arranged at one end, which base comprises at least one envelope area of the second wall, wherein the envelope area is folded over about a first crease line at least onto parts of the first wall, wherein an opening is provided at the other end, via which opening the filling space is accessible, wherein one of the walls comprises a sealing area which can be folded over about a second crease line onto the outside of the other wall and can be fastened there by means of an adhesive element applied to the sealing area.
The sealing area comprises a tear-off aid between the second crease line and the adhesive element, with which the sealing area can be at least partially severed to allow renewed access to the filling space.
REUSABLE MAILER BAG TO LUNCH COOLER
A reusable mailer which can be converted into a lunch cooler after mailing includes a top panel, opposing pairs of side panels, and a bottom panel defining a carrying volume configured to receive a package therein. The top panel is moveable to expose the carrying volume and an interior surface of one of the panels includes a storage compartment configured to receive an secondary item. Protective tape includes a first portion configured to removably adhere to the top panel and an additional portion configured to extend across and removably adhere to a side panel to secure the top panel atop the carrying volume for mailing. After mailing, the protective tape is removed to expose the package within the carrying volume and the secondary item in the storage compartment to a mail recipient.
REUSABLE MAILER BAG TO LUNCH COOLER
