A sack which stores granular and/or powder-sized materials, which gives the inside air to the outside when the granule and/or powder material is filled. With the disclosed sack, internal air is provided to the outside when the material is filled in the interior of the ventilation channel with a ventilation channel between the intermediate layers, consisting of more than one intermediate layer and the physical and chemical properties of the products in powder and/or granular form are kept unchanged and stored.

Paper bag

A paper sack for bulk material such as cement, gypsum, granulate, animal feed or similar, having a base, preferably a cross bottom or block bottom, and having an upper part which is disposed opposite the base and in which a valve tube is optionally arranged for filling the paper sack, wherein the paper sack has at least one paper layer having an overlap which is sealingly adhesively bonded toward the sack interior; and wherein the layer of the paper layer facing the sack interior has an air-permeable region in the region of the overlap which is covered by the layer of the paper layer facing the sack exterior. The at least one paper layer at least regionally has a water-repellent/water-tight coating facing the sack exterior.

INFLATING STICK AND PROCESSING MACHINE

An inflating stick and a processing machine are provided. The inflating stick includes a body, a link rod, a cutter, and one or more inflating tubes. A front end of the body includes a guiding segment with a cone structure. A rear end of the body includes a packing segment. The body includes a gas inlet formed on the packing segment, an internal chamber allowing gas to flow into through the gas inlet, and gas outlets formed on an outer wall of the body allowing gas to flow out. The packing segment includes a first locking structure and a second locking structure. The first locking structure and the second locking structure communicate with the gas inlet. The second locking structure is detachably fastened to the first locking structure. The link rod and the cutter are disposed in rear of the body. The inflating tube is connected to the gas inlet.

Provided is a hybrid-construct bag, comprising a bag body formed by at least a first sheet, the bag body having: a substantially tubular main body portion, a first end portion, a second end portion, a valve section formed at the first end portion and configured to form the channel between the top and bottom walls which are included in the valve section, and a patch section, wherein the main body portion, first end portion and second end portion cooperatively form a cavity operable to receive contents. There are a plurality of perforations formed in the main body portion and used for allowing a gas to pass though and resisting a liquid and/or particulates to pass though. A method of forming the hybrid-construct bag is also disclosed.

PAPER BAG AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR A PAPER BAG

This invention relates to a paper bag for bulk material such as cement, gypsum, granular material, animal feed or the like, with a bottom and with an upper part opposite the bottom, wherein bottom and/or upper part are folded and glued by closing up the side parts around side fold lines, in particular in the form of a cross or block bottom, wherein for gluing the side parts at least one gluing or bonding agent activatable after the application is provided, which is applied continuously at least from a side fold line up to at least the opposite side fold line of the side parts.
