Pronator supinator wrist deviator exercise device
A pronation supination wrist deviator exercise device includes a handle having a proximal portion and a distal portion; a shaft defining a longitudinal axis extending from a proximal end to a distal end; and a head portion having a predetermined weight. The head portion or the handle are mounted for relative movement on the shaft between a first position and a second position. The head portion and the handle define a first distance. The predetermined weight of the head portion represents a first weight. The first weight multiplied by the first distance represents a first effective torque of the device. When the distance between the head portion and the distal portion of the handle is changed to at least a second distance, the first weight multiplied by the second distance represents at least a second effective torque of the device.
Mobility Strap Device
Embodiments disclosed include devices for increasing bed (or sofa, chair, car-seat, etc.) mobility. Various embodiments are provided that may include a bed-strap, a fastening end, a hand-grip, and a pull-strap. Various embodiments of pull strap connector structures may provide types of engagements of the pull strap with a pull strap connector.
METHODS AND APPARATUSES FOR GOLF
Aspects of the present disclosure include a putting aide having a casing, a support member coupled to the casing, wherein the support member is configured to support the casing on a surface, and one or more lights coupled to the casing, wherein the one or more lights are configured to project a moveable light pattern onto the surface.
Lightweight inflatable device for play or training
A device has a lightweight inner bladder and an outer layer that covers the inner bladder. The inner bladder bunches up, crunches, becomes pleated, folded or the like against the inner surface of the outer layer. The bunched up surface of the inner bladder may be flattened and/or reconfigured upon impact, thereby absorbing energy. The bunched up inner bladder may create an uneven surface on the outer layer thereby altering the manner through which the device travels through the air. The device may be configured for any of a variety of sports or games such as, for example, a simulated soccer ball, football, rugby ball, baseball and/or softball, a tennis ball, a beachball or other oversized ball, a golf ball, a flying disc, a weighted punching bag, or any of a wide variety of devices for play and/or training.
INFLATABLE PLYOMETRIC BOX
An inflatable plyometric box having a first inflatable member adapted to be inflated to a pressure, a second inflatable member on top of the first inflatable member and adapted to be inflated to a pressure, and a connecting member connected to the first inflatable member and the second inflatable member which secures the first inflatable member to the second inflatable member. The first and second inflatable members incorporate drop stitch technology which provides substantial rigidity to first and second inflatable members when the first and second inflatable members are inflated to the pressures. Thus the inflatable plyometric box is substantially rigid to support a user landing on the top of the inflatable plyometric box. The inflatable plyometric box may include a stabilizing member which may be connected to the bottom of the inflatable plyometric box, wherein the stabilizing member is adapted to increase the stability of the inflatable plyometric box.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PLAYING A PIN BASED GAME USING AN IMPACT RESISTANT BALL AND PROCESS OF FORMING THE SAME
A system and method for playing a pin based game with an impact resistant ball and process of forming an impact resistant ball are provided. The impact resistant ball has an increased resistance to damage caused to a ball by repeated impact with objects such as a game board and game pins thereby decreasing the frequency with which the ball must be replaced. The impact resistant ball also has utility to afford a larger segment of the population the ability to properly grip and throw the impact resistant ball by providing an increased length gripper able to accommodate a greater range of hand sizes. The impact resistant ball has further utility to automatically identify and transmit data including the impact of the ball with the game pins and ball metrics including speed, pressure and weight.
AQUATIC GAME APPARATUS AND METHOD
An aquatic game apparatus and method. The apparatus comprises a water skipping article, comprising a high-density foam material, a top surface having a rounded side profile, a rounded outer perimeter, and a bottom surface. The top surface of the water skipping article comprises a first elliptically extended face, a second elliptically extended face, and a continuous smooth-edged outer perimeter. The apparatus comprises a target, comprising a pop-up board and at least one of a plurality of fillable weight bags coupled to the pop-up board by at least one of a plurality of straps, wherein the fillable bags are configured to stabilize the target on a water surface. The pop-up board of the target comprises an upper surface having a plurality of pocketed nets, and a lower surface having a plurality of integrally formed flotation units, wherein the upper surface is elevated above the lower surface by a support pole.
First Down Indicator Assembly
A first down indicator assembly includes cart that is rollable along a sideline of an American football field. A pair of laser units is each of the laser units is coupled to the cart. Each of the laser units emits a location beam outwardly onto the American football field. The laser units are spaced 10.0 yards apart from each other thereby facilitating officials to determine when a first down is achieved by a football team. An American football visibly renders the location beam from a respective one of the laser units when a football team achieves the first down. A display unit is coupled to the cart thereby facilitating the display unit to be visible to players on the American football field. The display unit displays a variety of indicia for indicating information relating the American football.
Attachment for swimming goggles
A sporting-goods device capable of removably attaching to eyewear, specifically swimming goggles, and another object to prevent loss of the eyewear.
INTERACTIVE HEAVY BAG TRAINING APPARATUS WITH DYNAMIC POSITIONING AND ADAPTIVE CONTROL
An apparatus, method, and a non-transitory programmed medium provide a structure to move a heavy bag to simulate sparring along with a method and programmed media to provide selective training experiences. Drive motors in a Cartesian gantry provide multi-axis lateral motion in a horizontal plane. The heavy bag is instrumented to generate information indicative of performance of the user. Also, the heavy bag receives information to prompt a user with indicators such as LEDs. A moving target simulates a boxing match. A user responds to motions of a heavy bag in an X-Y plane whether toward or away from the user. It may be used as a sparring partner. Electronic controls provide a pre-selected pattern of movement. Training programs include sequences designed by professional boxers and trainers. Controls may be adaptive to vary responses of the apparatus in response to user performance.
