The present application describes a bag throwing game board and game. Players take a plurality of soft bags that are approximately round in shape and throw them from a distance towards the game board, which in various examples is in the shape of a tower, and has holes. Points are attributed to bags landing in different holes of the board, depending on the difficulty of landing the bag in each hole. After a series of throws, the point scores are totaled and the player earning the most points or the player first to reach a score goal wins.

An illuminated beer pong assembly includes a tripod, a box that is pivotally coupled to the tripod and a lid that is hingedly coupled to the box. Golf ball comprising one or more layers and/or indicia formed from a fluorescent composition comprising: a base polymer; and a colorant; wherein the colorant is a small-molecule ionic isolation lattice formed from one or more fluorescent dye and one or more cyanostar macrocycles. The one or more fluorescent dyes may include at least one dye selected from xanthenes, oxazines, styryls, cyanines, trianguleniums, or mixtures thereof. The colorant may be a dispersion of the small-molecule ionic isolation lattice in a carrier medium or a powder. A golf club grip that glows in the dark can make a golf club visible in the dark. A golf club is provided comprising a club shaft having an upper end and a lower end, a club head on a lower end of the shaft, and a grip on an upper end of the shaft, wherein the grip material includes phosphorescent pigments having the property of luminescence. A golf club grip is provided comprising a tube shape having an opening on one end, that a shaft of a golf club is inserted into, wherein the grip material includes phosphorescent pigments having the property of luminescence.

An inflatable plyometric box having a first inflatable member adapted to be inflated to a pressure, a second inflatable member on top of the first inflatable member and adapted to be inflated to a pressure, and a connecting member connected to the first inflatable member and the second inflatable member which secures the first inflatable member to the second inflatable member. The first and second inflatable members incorporate drop stitch technology which provides substantial rigidity to first and second inflatable members when the first and second inflatable members are inflated to the pressures. Thus the inflatable plyometric box is substantially rigid to support a user landing on the top of the inflatable plyometric box. The inflatable plyometric box may additionally include a stabilizing member which may be connected to the bottom of the inflatable plyometric box, wherein the stabilizing member is adapted to increase the stability of the inflatable plyometric box.

An elongated hand thrown projectile comprises a projectile body having a forward end and a rearward end with a projectile axis extending between the forward end and the rearward end. A finger grip having a longitudinal grip axis is attached to the projectile body. In an exemplary embodiment, a thumb grip comprising a planar portion is attached to the projectile body at a position longitudinally between the projectile forward end and the finger grip. The thumb grip and the finger grip are separated by a distance such that the thumb and finger of a single hand can simultaneously grip the thumb grip and finger grip. The elongated hand thrown projectile assists a pitcher in learning to throw with a linear, single-plane motion.

Resistance garments are disclosed. In some embodiments, the resistance garments may include a body portion, first and second leg portions, and an elastic strap assembly secured to the body portion and the first and second leg portions. The elastic strap assembly may be configured to apply (1) a first force at the wearer's hips that urges the thighs of the wearer toward the wearer's torso, and (2) a second force at the wearer's thighs that urges the thighs of the wearer toward each other. In some embodiments, the elastic band assembly may include a belt, first and second knee bands, front elastic straps in the form of an X-shape with ends that are attached to, or formed with, the belt and knee bands, and rear elastic straps in the form of an X-shape with ends that are attached to, or formed with, the belt and knee bands.
