A gift bag with a pocket containing an integral pop-up structure which is operative to move between a first position wherein the pop-up structure is in a substantially flat position and substantially contained within the pocket of the gift bag, and a second position wherein the pop-up structure is unfolded into a three-dimensional structure that is substantially contained outside of the pocket of the gift bag.

A bottle pouch with an integrated fitment and inner support handle piece includes a flexible pouch in the shape of a bottle including a flexible pouch body with a handle region, and a combined fitment and inner support handle piece including a rigid handle portion extending from the combined fitment and inner support handle piece. The combined fitment and inner support handle piece is coupled to the flexible pouch. The inner support handle piece extends from the inside of the fitment and is internal to the flexible pouch body and passes from the interior to the exterior of the flexible pouch body adjacent to the handle region of the flexible pouch body to form the rigid handle portion. In another form, the inner support handle piece extends from the outside periphery of the fitment and is external to the flexible pouch body, but is secured to the periphery of the flexible pouch body with one or more outer sleeves or loops.

A lawn refuse disposal assembly includes a lawn refuse bag comprising a bag body defining a top end; and a bag insert comprising a bag stand and a rake detachably coupled to the bag stand, the bag stand inserted into an interior cavity of the lawn refuse bag through the top end, the rake configured to shift lawn refuse into the lawn refuse bag.

A lawn refuse bag includes a lawn bag body defining a top end and an interior cavity, the top end defining a top lawn bag opening, the lawn refuse bag configured to receive lawn refuse in the interior cavity through the top lawn bag opening in an open orientation of the lawn refuse bag; a first lawn bag handle assembly coupled to the lawn bag body at the top end; and a second lawn bag handle assembly coupled to the lawn bag body at the top end; wherein the lawn bag body defines a height and a width, and wherein the lawn bag body defines a height-to-width ratio in the open orientation of about 1.6.
TAMPER EVIDENT SEALABLE BAG ASSEMBLY WITH NOTE TAB AND METHOD
A tamper-evident bag assembly that can be sealed to enclose contents within the bag assembly in a tamper-evident manner. The bag assembly is provided with closure tabs that can be folded over the top edges of the bag assembly and sealed to a side panel of the bag. Strategic portions of the bag assembly can be scored to indicate tampering if unsealing of the adhesive takes place. The bag assembly is also provided with a pull tab designed facilitate opening of the sealed bag assembly to reveal the contents contained therein. When the pull tab is used to open the sealed bag, the bag cannot be re-sealed.

Tamper-Evident Bag Seal and Tamper-Evident Bags and Methods
Tamper-evident bag is disclosed. In one embodiment, the tamper-evident bag may include a bag body. The bag body may include a first side and a second side and a first collapsible side and a second collapsible side transverse to the first and second sides with a bag bottom and a bag opening at a top of the bag body. The tamper-evident bag may further include, a loop-style handle secured to the first side of the bag body and a loop-style handle secured to the second side of the bag body with the loop-style handles arranged with respect to the bag opening; and a sealable flap extending up from the first bag side at an edge of the bag opening of the bag body. The sealable flap may include a perforated fold along the sealable flap and slots in a portion of the sealable flap that extends above an edge of the bag body at the bag opening of the bag body, the slots may be positioned on the sealable flap with respect to the handles to provide clearance for the handles when the sealable flap is folded along the perforated fold to be secured to the second side of the bag body.

Tamper-evident bag is disclosed. In one embodiment, the tamper-evident bag may include a bag body. The bag body may include a first side and a second side and a first collapsible side and a second collapsible side transverse to the first and second sides with a bag bottom and a bag opening at a top of the bag body.
