A bottle pouch with an integrated fitment and inner support handle piece includes a flexible pouch in the shape of a bottle including a flexible pouch body with a handle region, and a combined fitment and inner support handle piece including a rigid handle portion extending from the combined fitment and inner support handle piece. The combined fitment and inner support handle piece is coupled to the flexible pouch. The inner support handle piece extends from the inside of the fitment and is internal to the flexible pouch body and passes from the interior to the exterior of the flexible pouch body adjacent to the handle region of the flexible pouch body to form the rigid handle portion. In another form, the inner support handle piece extends from the outside periphery of the fitment and is external to the flexible pouch body, but is secured to the periphery of the flexible pouch body with one or more outer sleeves or loops.

An elongate closure (10; 110) for closing an access side of a flexible packaging comprises an elongate plastic body (12; 112), wherein the body (12; 112) has a first face (22; 120) that is turned towards the access side of the flexible packaging in a closed position, a second face (24; 122) that is turned away from the access side of the flexible packaging in a closed position, and at least one thickened rib (14, 16; 114) extending over the length of the body (12; 112), wherein the at least one thickened rib (14, 16; 114) has at least two projecting parts (26; 124) separated by a recess (28; 126) at the second face (24; 122). The elongate closure can be a clip band type closure or a twist tie type closure.

A drawstring bag comprising: a bag; a drawstring encircling an open end of the bag; and a closure member comprising a sleeve and a plurality of angled teeth protruding within the interior of the sleeve, wherein: a portion of the drawstring comprising two co-extending lengths of drawstring extends from the bag; the closure member is located around the two co-extending lengths; and the angled teeth of the closure member allow the closure member to slide freely along the two co-extending lengths to close the bag, and engage with the drawstring to prevent the closure member from sliding in the opposite direction to re-open the bag, such that there cannot be movement of the closure member in the re-opening direction.

A container closure system for sealing a bag when the bag has been opening includes a bag that has a top end. The top end is open. A funnel is provided and the bag is selectively inserted through the funnel. A cap is removably coupled to the funnel such that the cap closes the bag.

A twist-tie includes a fastener having a malleable material surrounded by an outer coating having a longitudinal axis and extending between a first end and a second end; and an indicia portion extending at least partially along the longitudinal axis, the indicia portion including at least a portion that is attached to the fastener and at least a portion that is separated from the fastener, wherein a separation between the indicia portion and the fastener defines a slit that extends from an open end toward a closed end in a direction of at least one of the first end toward the second end and the second end toward the first end.

A reclosable flexible package for storing a food product and a method of manufacture thereof are provided. The package includes a flexible film side wall, a closed first end, a closed second end portion that can be separated from the side wall to provide an access opening, and a collar. The collar can be formed in the side wall or attached to the side wall. The collar is more rigid than adjacent portions of the side wall and is rotatable about the longitudinal axis of the package to twist portions of the side wall and block access to the opening after removal of the second end portion.

A collapsible holding device supporting apparatus is releasably mountable to a separate surface and includes first and second proximal arms, first and second distal arms and a handle that are interconnected by pivot connections. A holding device is supported on the first and second proximal arms and the first and second distal arms with the holding device surrounded by the arms. The disclosure relates to a transportation unit for transporting a plurality of coils. This transportation unit provides an easy transportation and an easy to handle system wherein the respective load of coils which can be shipped can be increased.
