Dispenser and process
A dispenser (10) for dispensing a flowable material M has a container (12) having an outer wall (20) and membrane (14) collectively defining a first chamber (22) configured to contain the flowable material M. The membrane (14) has a thickness and a weld seam (40) wherein the weld seam (40) has a thickness less than the thickness of the membrane (14). A fracturing mechanism (16) is operably connected to the container (12). The fracturing mechanism (16) has a first extending member (64a) and a second extending member (64b). The first extending member (64a) and the second extending member (64b) are positioned on the container (12) in spaced relation, wherein the first extending member (64a) and the second extending member (64b) extend above the longitudinal axis. In response to deflection of the extending members (64a,64b) towards one another, the outer wall (20) deflects proximate the membrane (14) wherein the weld seam fractures creating an opening (41) through the membrane (14) configured to allow the flowable material M to pass therethrough and from the dispenser (10).

Tubular Container Having Applicator
The present invention relates to a tubular vessel with an applicator unit, configured to be used after separately storing an applicator unit, which is detachable, in the freezer, such that it is possible to maintain coldness when an application surface is attached on user's face, by storing refregerant inside the applicator unit.
Inner plug structure for flexible container and flexible container
An inner plug mounted to the neck of the flexible container has a cylindrical hollow portion that contains a valve element, a valve seat disposed below the valve element, a permanent magnet disposed below the valve seat that attracts the valve element to the valve seat, and a discharge outlet in the top of the inner plug to allow discharge of fluid contents of the container via a flow path extending from the discharge outlet to the container body via a void formed between the valve element and the valve seat. The valve element is movable between a closed valve state, in which the valve element contacts the valve seat, and the bottom of the discharge outlet. An open valve state is achieved once pressure inside the container overcomes the magnetic attraction of the valve element to the valve seat and forces the valve element away from the valve seat.

DISPENSING TUBE WITH SHOULDER TIP APPLICATOR & SUCTION BASED LID
A novel dispensing tube system and method of making the same. The system enables one-handed application while maintaining cleanliness. Comprising three parts, the dispensing tube system includes a Body Cylinder Hollow Tube Container for holding tube contents, an Applicator Tip Shoulder with a central hole, and a Suction Cup-Based Lid featuring a finger for a secure seal. Addressing the limitations of traditional tube application methods requiring two hands, the invention is particularly advantageous in scenarios where users have only one free hand or need to apply ointments in challenging areas. The Applicator Tip, replacing conventional shoulder parts, ensures hygienic, controlled, and mess-free distribution, while the Suction Cup-Based Lid facilitates one-hand application by securely attaching to a hard, flat surface. The system's design streamlines mass production without additional costs, offering a user-friendly and sanitary solution for diverse application needs.
