This system for identifying information represented by biological signals is configured so as to detect biological signals (S501), analyze the detected biological signals and then output feature data (S502), determine the respective similarities between the feature data and a plurality of teaching data (S503), store the similarities per time in a time series (S504), and determine information represented by the biological signals on the basis of the plurality of similarities within a prescribed period among the stored similarities in the time series (S505).

Method of evaluating core muscles by bioimpedance technology

A method of evaluating core muscles by bioimpedance technology, includes the steps of: (a) measuring the resistance and reactance of a subject by a bioimpedance measuring instrument, and obtaining the subject's age, gender, and impedance factor (h.sup.2/Z), and (b) calculating the cross-sectional area of the subject's core muscles by the following formula: BIA=abage+ch.sup.2/Z+dSex. Thereby, measures the cross-sectional area of the core muscles by bioimpedance analysis. The core muscles can be evaluated by the cross-sectional area of the core muscles, which can effectively reduce the measurement cost, reduce the measurement time and improve the convenience of measurement.

Multi-part sensing electrode connector

A thin form of an electrical connector for creating a detachable connection between two circuit elements is disclosed. When the connector is employed, only an outer electrode present on a portion of the connector is exposed to the ambient environment and the rest of the electronics of both the connector and of a device into which the device is integrated can be insulated from the ambient environment. The parts of the connector can create a small three-dimensional interlock structure to seal off contact area and to facilitate electrical contacts between two circuit elements. The connector structure is flexible, allowing the connector to be embedded into a curved surface of a device that can use the electrode exposed to the environment to obtain data regarding the environment.

Method and system for signal processing rehabilitation exercise signals

The present disclosure relates to method and system for signal processing rehabilitation exercise signals. The method comprises the step of receiving a first and a second motion signals associated with movements of a body part, wherein the motion signals comprise temporal data of the movements. The method further comprises the step of segmenting each of the first and second motion signals into a plurality of segmented signals based on gradients of the motion signals, wherein each segmented signal has consistent gradient. The method further comprises the step of automatically modifying the segmented signals to form multiple combinations of matching signals with similar gradients between the first and second motion signals, such that the first and second motion signals are in one-to-one correspondence. The method further comprises the step of extracting corresponding time intervals of the matching signals in the correspondences.
