REFILLING METHOD AND REFILLABLE BOTTLE
The present invention relates to a refillable bottle (10) comprising a lid (1) that can be connected to an applicator (2) and a storage portion (3) that can be connected to the applicator (2), in which the lid (1), the applicator (2) and the storage portion (3) are connected together using screw threads in the lid (1), the applicator (2) and the storage portion (3). A method for refilling a bottle (10) is also described, the bottle (10) comprising a lid (1) that can be connected to an applicator (2) and a storage portion (3) that can be connected to the applicator (2), in which the method comprises the following steps: disconnecting the storage portion (3) from the applicator (2) by means of a first unscrewing action, and connecting a refill (20) to the applicator (2), in which the force required to perform the first unscrewing action is greater than the force required to perform a second unscrewing action, the second unscrewing action being understood to be the action performed to disconnect the lid (1) from the applicator (2).

A method for refilling a bottle (10) is also described, the bottle (10) comprising a lid (1) that can be connected to an applicator (2) and a storage portion (3) that can be connected to the applicator (2), in which the method comprises the following steps: disconnecting the storage portion (3) from the applicator (2) by means of a first unscrewing action, and connecting a refill (20) to the applicator (2), in which the force required to perform the first unscrewing action is greater than the force required to perform a second unscrewing action, the second unscrewing action being understood to be the action performed to disconnect the lid (1) from the applicator (2).
HAIR COLORING KIT AND METHODS OF USE AND DOING BUSINESS
A hair color retouch kit, components of the kit, and methods of use and doing business. The kit can include one or more mixing containers. In one embodiment, a mixing container provides a colorant compartment for sealingly or separately containing a custom hair coloring formulation and peroxide compartment for sealingly or separately containing peroxide. The mixing container(s) can be used by a professional hair colorist to provide a hair coloring client with custom hair coloring formulation and peroxide that can be mixed and applied by or for the client to hair regrowth that occurs after a hair coloring session with the professional. The kit can provide other components as desired, such as a mixing spatula, an applicator brush, and instructions for example. The kit can be packaged in attractive and efficient packaging, include indicia identifying the source of the kit, and be customized to promote the colorist, salon, or other entity.
UNIVERSAL THREAD CLAMP
A universal attachment for connecting to a first device having a threaded portion and allowing for attachment of a second, different device to the first device where the first and second devices do not have compatible threaded portions for connection is described herein. The universal attachment is directed to consumers wanting to attach an external device to a threaded neck of an existing device without needing to match the thread shape, size, or dimensions of the original device.
Container fitting
A fitting for affixing to a mouth of a receiving container comprises a tubular body having a closed top end, a bottom end and a side wall extending between the closed top and bottom ends and having an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface includes a circumferential surface wherein the circumferential surface includes a plurality of inwardly extending, randomly placed nodes to engage an external surface of the mouth of the receiving container. A plug seal extending from the closed top end is spaced apart from circumferential surface to form a land area seal. The closed top end may further include an aperture adapted to permit passage of a straw therethrough.

Caps or closures made from a resin composition comprising polyethylene
Described herein are caps or closures made from a resin composition having at least one polyethylene having a density of at least 0.940 g/cm.sup.3 when measured following the ISO 1183-2 method at 23° C.; erucamide; and at least 700 ppm based on the total weight of the resin composition of at least one ultraviolet absorber selected from the hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole class. A process for the production of such caps or closures is also described herein.
Ink bottle and bottle set
Convenience of an ink bottle and a bottle set is improved. An ink bottle includes: a container portion that contains ink; a guiding portion that is formed in one end portion of the container portion, and includes an outflow port from which the ink in the container portion flow out; and a cover that covers at least an end portion of the container portion on the opposite side of the guiding portion.
Compound bottles
An apparatus includes an exterior portion, an interior portion, a first top, and a second top. The exterior portion includes an exterior wall, an exterior top end coupled to the exterior wall, and an exterior bottom closed end coupled to the exterior wall. The interior portion nests within the exterior portion and includes an interior wall having a geometry smaller than the exterior portion, an interior bottom closed end coupled to the interior wall, and an interior top end coupled to the interior wall opposite the interior bottom closed end. The first top closes the interior top end to form an interior space within the interior portion. The first top includes a first opening. The second top includes a second opening. The second top engages with the exterior bottom end in a stored position and engages with the exterior top end in a containing position.
