FRACTURE FILM FOR PEELABLE MEMBRANE CONTAINERS
The invention comprises a fracture film for sealing a peelable membrane to a container comprising a first layer of high density polyethelene, a second layer of polybutene-1/ethylene-vinyl acetate, wherein the second layer is bonded to the first layer, and a third layer of ethylene-acrylic acid, wherein the third layer is bonded to the second layer.
Apparatus and method for asepticaly filling pharmaceutical containers with a pharmaceutical fluid using rotary stage
Systems and methods for aseptically filling pharmaceutical containers with pharmaceutical fluid are disclosed. In one general aspect, these are based on an aseptically sealable chamber that includes a transfer wall to which pre-sealed pharmaceutical source and receiving containers are mounted aseptically. A robotic arm and a syringe store are disposed within the chamber along with a sterilizing facility for establishing in the chamber an aseptic condition. The robotic arm can grip and operate syringes to inject and/or extract pharmaceutical products from the containers by piercing their closures with the needles of the syringes.
Container and closure assembly with predetermined humidity and related method
A container assembly configured to maintain a predetermined humidity for storing a product therein. The container assembly includes a container having a body with a body wall and a mouth opening into a storage cavity and a cap having a top wall. The cap is selectively mountable over the mouth of the container to substantially enclose the storage cavity in a mounted configuration. A sidewall extends substantially perpendicularly from one of the body wall and the top wall. The sidewall defines an opening and a compartment and has an opening edge adjacent the opening. A moisture control material is positioned within the compartment. A sealing membrane has a peripheral portion. The peripheral portion is secured to the sidewall proximate the opening edge. The sealing membrane is configured to allow moisture flow therethrough to maintain the predetermined humidity in the storage cavity.

Anti-spurt device
An anti-spurt device, for application in a closure of a container with a cap and a ring with teeth for cutting a sealing membrane. The anti-spurt device may comprise a tube that automatically unfolds from a folded position and may be connected with the cutting ring. In the folded or loaded position, the tube may be outside of the sealing membrane and with the breakage of the membrane, it may be inserted and automatically unfolded in the inside of the container. In a second main embodiment, the need for a cutting ring and membrane may be eliminated, and the tube may be installed on a carriage held by a hook that is released with the opening of the cap.
Closure comprising a pierceable part and container provided with such closure
A closure having a base with a piercable part, defined by a sidewall extending transversally with respect to the base and a bottom thereby creating an indent therein, the sidewall and/or bottom provided with several lines of weakened material strength, wherein the lines divide the sidewall and/or bottom in several wedge formed parts.
PACKING SHEET FOR DISCHARGING GAS AND FOOD CONTAINER INCLUDING THE SAME
A packing sheet for discharging gas according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention has a structure in which a first layer and a second layer, which are configured such that gas flows between one surface and the other surface, are stacked, and includes: a lamination portion which is formed by partially laminating the first layer and the second layer; and a gap portion which is a region other than a region of the lamination portion and has a space formed between the first layer and the second layer so that the gas flows in the space. According to the packing sheet for discharging gas, a space, in which gas may flow, is formed by partially laminating the first layer having fine bores and the second layer made of a gas-permeable waterproof material, and as a result, it is possible to prevent a liquid leakage while smoothly discharging the gas created in the container.
