CAP
The invention relates to a cap designed to be coupled to the neck of a container. The cap comprises an inner body and an outer body coupled around the inner body, the rotation of the outer body causing same to move in an axial direction with respect to the inner body. The inner body comprises a peripheral skirt having a lower part split into a plurality of feet. The feet comprise outer surfaces that form a frustoconical shape with a sloped generatrix converging upwards, and inner surfaces with projections that delimit a circular hollow. The cap also comprises a sealing device for preventing the rotation of the outer body with respect to the inner body.
FITMENT ASSEMBLY FOR A FLEXIBLE CONTAINER, FLEXIBLE CONTAINER HAVING A FITMENT ASSEMBLY AND PROBE USED FOR DISPENSING FROM A FLEXIBLE CONTAINER
A fitment assembly comprising a cap member, a plug member and a tamper cover. The cap member includes a top deck with a central opening and a dispensing tube depending therefrom. The plug member is releasably coupled to the lower end dispensing tube. The plug member includes a base, plug clips and cap clips. The tamper cover is positioned over the central opening of the top deck. The disclosure further includes a flexible container formed with a flexible bag having a spout to which the fitment assembly is coupled as well as to a probe used for dispensing from the flexible container. Methods of use are further disclosed.

Container
A container, in particular a plastic vial produced in the blow-molding method and filled and closed in the mold, has a neck part (5) joined to a container body (1). The neck part receives a one-part or multi-part cap (2). A fixing part (29) is connected to the cap (2) by a breaking point (31), which can be detached by a relative rotational motion between the cap (2) and the container body (1). Each breaking point (31) can be detached by rotational motions in both rotational directions with approximately the same angle of rotation and approximately the same torque.

Apparatus and method for securing a vessel
An apparatus for securing a vessel includes a primary cap having a threaded portion that is configured to selectively engage corresponding threads of a vessel to secure the primary cap to the vessel, and at least one projection. The apparatus further includes a removable secondary cap configured to engage the primary cap to secure the vessel, the secondary cap including at least one lug, the lug having a shear zone that contacts the projection when the primary and secondary caps are engaged and secured to a vessel. When the secondary cap is removed from the primary cap, the shear zone is broken by the projection such that the secondary cap cannot by reinstalled on the primary cap.

Container closure cap and container closure
A tamper indicating closure cap or overseal comprises a top wall, and an annular top wall skirt attached to a periphery of the top wall. A locking member is attached to the top wall skirt so as to be movable between: i) a first position projecting inwardly with respect to the top wall for application of the closure cap or overseal to a container opening and/or to a container closure plug and ii) a second position projecting inwardly and upwardly towards the top wall, thereby to lock the closure cap or overseal to the container closure and/or closure plug.

SCORED LOCKING CAP FOR NECK CONTAINER
A locking cap for a container comprising a neck comprises: an outer body, defined by an upper face and a cylindrical wall, and including a breakable strip extending from the upper face to a free end of the cylindrical wall, a capsule, arranged on the upper face and rigidly connected to the breakable strip, a cage, locked in the outer body, having a generally cylindrical shape, and comprising a plurality of bridges connecting neighboring branches, and a flexible member, one end of which is rigidly connected to a bridge and another free end of which is oriented upward, the flexible member being adjacent to a weak point of the bridge. The flexible member of the cage is rigidly connected to the breakable strip of the outer body.
