A seal includes two seal elements which cooperate to form a generally cylindrical seal member locatable in the collar with the seal elements in contact with each other in a plane parallel to the longitudinal axis. At least one of the seal elements has at least one opening therethrough. The openings are configured to receive the tubes of a medical tube set and the cap can be constructed with different combinations of seal members to provide a different number of openings into the container.

A cover for a container includes a plurality of panels extending at least partially around an interior of the cover. The plurality of panels includes a central panel, at least one side panel foldably connected to the central panel, and at least one end panel foldably connected to the central panel. At least one of the at least one side panel and the at least one end panel includes an opening configured to receive a portion of the container. The opening includes an engagement edge for engaging the container. The cover also includes a handle foldably connected to the central panel.

Disclosed is a device for protecting and preserving a substance in a container. The device may include a plurality of overlapping sectors capable of rotating about a pivot point such that the device has a substantially disc shape when fully expanded and a substantially pie shape when partially expanded; and a lip defining an outer diameter of the device when fully expanded. The outer diameter of the device is equal to or greater than an inner diameter of the inner surface of the container.
