Drying container
The invention relates to containers for the drying, especially the freeze-drying, of material. In particular, the invention relates to a lid of a drying container, said lid enabling to close the container body of the drying container so as to avoid i) contamination of the material to be dried inside the container and ii) spills of airborne solid particles of said material from the container to the environment. The lid comprises a lower and an upper frame with a vapor permeable sheet positioned in between. The invention further provides methods for the drying, especially the freeze-drying, of material.

EASY OPEN CONTAINER
A container is provided. The container comprises a cover, a base, and a body, which includes one or more spine structures and one or more door panels which may open and allow substantially lateral access to the interior of the container. The one or more door panels may be secured in a closed position by a latch mechanism. In a first mode, the latch mechanism is not released. In a second mode, the latch mechanism is released. The first mode and the second mode may operate concurrently and can be accessed separately via different mechanisms. A switch mechanism may alternate between the first mode and the second mode. Alternatively, a pedal includes a first pedal mechanism corresponding to the first mode and a second pedal mechanism corresponding to the second mode.

A container is provided. Methods, systems, devices and/or apparatuses for a hardened reusable shipping container. The hardened reusable shipping container includes a lid. The lid is configured to be opened and closed. The hardened reusable shipping container includes a base enclosure. The base enclosure is coupled to the lid and has a payload area. The payload area is configured to receive a payload and maintain a temperature of an environment surrounding the payload. The hardened reusable shipping container includes an insert. The insert is configured to be positioned within the payload area to cool or maintain the temperature of the environment surrounding the payload.
Storage container and floating latch
A storage container includes a base having an interior storage volume, a lid, and a latch configured to move between an unsecured position in which the lid is movable from the closed position and a secured position in which the lid is retained in the closed position. The latch is configured to extend through an aperture defined by the lid and the base. The latch includes an extended edge to prevent the latch from passing entirely through the aperture. The latch is captured by the lid and floats within the lid portion of the aperture. The latch also includes a resilient portion configured to engage an opening in the base portion of the aperture to selectively retain the lid and the body in the closed position when the latch is in the secured position. The latch is not permanently attached to the base or to the lid.
Storage container and floating latch
A storage container includes a base having an interior storage volume, a lid, and a latch configured to move between an unsecured position in which the lid is movable from the closed position and a secured position in which the lid is retained in the closed position. The latch is configured to extend through an aperture defined by the lid and the base. The latch includes an extended edge to prevent the latch from passing entirely through the aperture. The latch is captured by the lid and floats within the lid portion of the aperture. The latch also includes a resilient portion configured to engage an opening in the base portion of the aperture to selectively retain the lid and the body in the closed position when the latch is in the secured position. Container having a lid closure lock
A container has an opening that can be closed by a lid and latching elements for releasably locking the lid. The latching elements are arranged in a region of overlap of the container wall and the lid side wall. The latching elements are separately inserted latching elements received in latching-element receptacles, and include latching hooks. The latching hooks can be brought into engagement with inversely corresponding latching-hook receptacles when the container opening is closed by the lid.
Container having a lid closure lock
A container has an opening that can be closed by a lid and latching elements for releasably locking the lid. The latching elements are arranged in a region of overlap of the container wall and the lid side wall. The latching elements are separately inserted latching elements received in latching-element receptacles, and include latching hooks. The latching hooks can be brought into engagement with inversely corresponding latching-hook receptacles when the container opening is closed by the lid.
Water resistant tote box
A water resistant tote box is provided. The tote box includes a base, longitudinally extending sidewalls, laterally extending end walls, and a two-piece lid. The base includes a concave lower surface that matches a convex upper surface of the lid, for preserving the structural integrity of the convex upper surface when stacking a like tote box thereon. The two-piece lid includes a pair of lid halves including a rear end hingedly attached to the sidewalls and a free end including interlocking flaps that are securable via a line of connection. Drain troughs disposed on the walls are in fluid communication with drain channels disposed on the lid, enabling moisture to flow off the top of the tote box. Drain gutters disposed on the lid halves are configured to direct moisture, permeating the line of connection, towards the walls. In this way, the tote box has a synergistic effect of resisting water by directing moisture away from the top of the tote box and preventing moisture from leaking into its interior.
