COUPLING DEVICE FOR DISPENSING OF FOOD
The present invention relates to a coupling device (1) for connection to a flexible container (3) comprising a plastic foil for dispense of food product (2) in fluid form out of the same, comprising an outlet valve (10) with a first end comprising at least one hole-creating part (11) for penetration of the container on connection to the same and a through-flow channel (20) which merges into a second end for further transfer of food product.
Fitment for a container neck
A closure for a container neck comprises a shell and a fitment. The fitment comprises a body and engagement means that extend radially outwardly from the body and releasably retain the fitment within the shell. During application of the closure to the container neck, the engagement means is forced from an extended condition into a retracted condition to release the fitment from the shell, and the fitment is inserted into the container neck into an operative position.
Flow restricting Component With Flow Restricting Flaps and Central Opening
A flow restrictor for a container. The container has an opening. An edge piece seals with inner surfaces of an opening of a container, the edge piece extending around and seals with an entirety of the inner surfaces of the opening of the container. A plurality of flow restrictor flaps, extend towards a central portion of the opening, each of the flow restrictor flaps being generally triangular in shape. An opening area between each of the distal edges of the end piece forms an opening for a pipette. Where the device inhibits the flow of liquid such that more no more than 2 mL of contents can be obtained when an inverted open container is taken or squeezed once or when the container is squeezed using the strength of an anthropometry-based simulation of a 5 year old child's applied force.
Disposable lid for beverage containers
A disposable lid for containers with beverages, especially hot beverages, such as coffee and tea. The disposable lid has an open part where a compartment is created, enabling a person to drink directly from the top of the container, and where the compartment is limited by a floor. One embodiment includes an integrated filter with narrow slits to hinder particles, such as coffee grains or tea leaves from entering the mouth of the consumer of the beverage. Another embodiment includes an arrangement to slow down the beverage flow entering the drinking compartment, and optionally includes a cooling surface for the beverage. The lid may be provided with an auxiliary lid to be attached to reduce the spilling risk to a minimum.
SELECTIVE FLOW COHESIVE STREAMING CAPS
A container cap with a body having a lower portion with internal threads for connecting to a container, and an upper portion defining a main opening. The upper cap portion having a first surface defining a partial opening and a stem protruding through the main opening. The lower cap portion having a second surface defining a partial opening. The upper and lower cap portions configured to rotate with respect to one another such that the partial openings align between a closed position and an open position to selectively permit fluid flow therethrough. A method for capping a container.
Dispensing assemblies for flexible packages
A fitment for a package with an interior compartment for containment of a flowable material is described. The fitment may have a body with an exterior wall and an interior wall. The interior wall may define a passageway extending through the body from a top opening to a bottom opening. The fitment may have at least one dispersion member with an edge extending into the passageway, the edge dividing at least a portion of a width of the passageway extending between the interior wall. The fitment may include a baffle member having a surface extending into, and at least partially obstructing, the passageway. The fitment may include a flange portion associated with the exterior wall, the flange portion positioned to interface the fitment with the package.
Varialbe pour flow device
A cap for a variable pour flow device is configured to close an opening of a container holding a liquid when assembled with the container. The cap includes a spout in communication with an interior of the container when the cap is assembled with the container. The cap is further configured to provide a first fluid flow in which fluid flows through a first passage and the spout when the container with the cap assembled thereto is tilted from an upright position toward the spout to an intermediate degree. The cap is also configured to provide a second, greater fluid flow in which fluid flows through the first passage, a larger second passage, which is spaced from the first passage, and the spout when the container with the cap assembled thereto is tilted further toward the spout from the intermediate degree.
