Container assembly with a lid and the lid thereof that allow for drinking from the side
A beverage container assembly has a container with an opening and a lid that closes the opening. The lid has a mouthpiece that extends laterally outwardly of the container to allow a person's head to remain upright or erect (i.e., minimizing or no head tilt movement) while drinking so as to not impede the user's straight-ahead vision, such as while driving. The mouthpiece is configured so that the container becomes disposed at one side of the nose so that the container is tiltable further as the nose does not interfere with the tilting action.
Controlled liquid pourer and a method for liquor consumption
A controlled liquid pourer that may include a liquid path, an air path, a flow control mechanism that is configured to control, during a liquid consumption iteration, (a) a flow of liquor from a bottle and through the liquid path, and (b) a flow of air through the air path and into the bottle, a mechanical coupling mechanism and a locking mechanism configured to selectively lock the controlled liquid pourer to the bottle.

Fluid dispensing device
A fluid device generally comprises a staging reservoir which may receive a volume of fluid flowing from a primary reservoir via a coupler upon operation of an actuator, wherein the staging reservoir is usable to measure fluid within the device in order to dispense a desired amount of fluid.

DISPENSING SYSTEM FOR DISPENSING FLOWABLE MATERIALS, FLEXIBLE BAG OR POUCH FOR USE IN DISPENSING SYSTEM, AND METHODS OF FILLING DISPENSING BOTTLES AND DISPENSING FLOWABLE MATERIALS THEREFROM
A dispensing system, a flexible bag or pouch for use therewith, and methods for filling a dispensing bottle with a flowable product and dispensing the same are disclosed. The system includes a flexible bag and a dispensing bottle. The flowable product is located in the bag. The bag includes a first end and a second end. The bottle includes an interior chamber, a squeezable sidewall surrounding the chamber and a bottom cap including a dispensing valve. The bag is disposed in the chamber with the second end opened to form an open mouth, whereupon the flowable product is in communication with the dispensing valve. Squeezing of the bottle's sidewall applies pressure to the flowable product to cause it to be dispensed out of the bottle through dispensing valve.
Closure device with cup-shaped valve for containers
A closure device for containers comprises a lid having a spout (4) with holes (4a), a valve body (9) attached to the lid (4) and operable on the spout (4). The valve body (9) comprises a cup-shaped element (10) having a blind bottom wall (10a) and a side wall (10b) that emerges from the bottom wall (10a) and delimits an upper opening, the side wall (10b) of the cup-shaped element (10) being made of a resilient material, and at least partially contacting a first sleeve (5) of the lid (2), which is in fluid communication with the spout (4). The side wall (10b) of the cup-shaped element (10) contacts the first sleeve (5) in a fluid-tight manner and moves away from the first sleeve (5) in response to a negative pressure introduced through the spout (4).

Closure for a bottle
A closure for a drinking bottle includes a closure cap for fixing the closure to a drinking bottle. The closure cap has a through hole and at least one ventilation opening, and a seal arranged in the closure cap. Either the seal or the closure cap has a web, by which the seal and the closure cap are at least in contact section-wise. The seal is of such a configuration that, upon the occurrence of an increased or reduced pressure in the bottle and/or by axial displacement of the seal in the closure cap, at least a section of the seal that is between the web and an inside wall of the closure cap lifts off the inside wall of the closure cap and thus opens a gap for ventilation of the drinking bottle by the at least one ventilation opening.
