The electronic cigarette includes a cartridge (21) and a liquid injection device (23); the cartridge (21) forms a liquid reservoir (A), and one end of the cartridge (21) comprises an end wall (223) and a second operation portion (222) extending axially outwards from the end wall (223); the end wall (223) forms one liquid injection opening (2231), the second operation portion (222) corresponds to the control switch (14); the liquid injection device (23) is arranged on the end of the cartridge (21) and forms a liquid injection channel, and a first liquid inlet (2321) is formed in the liquid injection channel.

A container assembly includes a first portion including a first latch portion; and a second portion including a second latch portion. The first and second portions are configured to be movable between an open configuration and a closed configuration, and the first and second latch portions are configured to releasably engage in the closed configuration. A case for a cartridge for a vapor provision device is configured such that opening the case involves a coordinated action using both hands. In some implementations, the case includes a first housing portion and a second housing portion which come together to contain and enclose the cartridge when the case is shut and separate to open the case to allow access to the cartridge.

The cap is removably attached to the neck and supported for movement on the neck between a first position and a second position. The wall is resiliently flexible for radial movement between a retained position and an unretained position with respect to the neck. In the retained position the projection retains the cap in the first position. The wall, in the unretained position, allows movement of the cap from the first position toward the second position.
