Tabbed seal with oversized tab
Various enhancements of tabbed seals are provided herein with enhanced grasping functionality. Such enhancements include an oversized tab structure for increasing the overall surface area of the tab. In some forms, the tab has been configured such that the overall gripping tab is larger, but a portion thereof is temporarily adhered to the lower laminate, such as during seal and/or cap installation. Instead, the gripping tab includes a small free portion and then a second, temporarily bonded portion that can either release or rupture, permitting the overall grippable portion of the tab to be large.

CAN PROTECTOR AND CAP
Provided herein is a re-usable device that would allow for the export of, or consumption of liquid without having to remove the device from the can such as the aluminum beverage can and that would also seal the liquid inside a beverage can. A water-resistant or water-proof, insect-proof, dirt-proof synthetic cap is provided that is to be attached to the lip area of the open mouth of can or other open mouth container, such as metal, plastic or an aluminum beverage can.
Push-and-pull sealing disc for packaging container
The present disclosure relates to a paperboard sealing disc for use in a packaging container, comprising a peripheral edge portion surrounding a tear-open part having a push-tab and a pull-away part. The tear-open part is delimited from the peripheral edge portion by a first cutting line in the first side and by a second cutting line in the second side. Said first cutting line being provided at a distance d1 from said sealing disc outer edge, and said second cutting line being provided at a distance d2 from said sealing disc outer edge. The push-tab is at least partly delimited from the pull-away part by a folding line. At the push-tab d1>d2 and at the pull-away part d4>d3. Furthermore, d1 at said push-tab is substantially the same as d4 at said pull-away part and d2 at said push-tab is substantially the same as d3 at said pull-away part.

Packaging for receiving a filling material
Packaging for receiving a filling material comprises a container therefor, the container comprising a collar for bordering an opening for providing access to the filling material, an undercut running in circumferential direction, a lid for covering the opening in closed state and an elastic gasket for sealing the opening, wherein the gasket comprises a ring body for surrounding the opening, a nose protruding mainly radially from the ring body, wherein the gasket encompasses the undercut for connecting the gasket to the collar in a sealing manner, and a flap protruding mainly radially from the ring body, wherein the flap is adapted to seal the lid in closed state of the lid. The three-dimensional design of the gasket allows a tight sealing as well as an elastic compensation of tolerances, so that a good and cost-efficient sealing of the packaging is enabled.

Synthetic resin container lid
A synthetic resin container lid (2) has a shape including a body (4), which is mounted on a mouth-neck portion (56) of a container by locking a locking means (26) to a locked means (58) of the mouth-neck portion (56), and an upper lid (6) coupled to the body (4) via a hinge means (32). The synthetic resin container lid (2) is improved so that the entire container lid (2) is fully and easily detached from the mouth-neck portion of the container. The axial depth of an annular or arcuate groove (46) formed in a hanging wall (10) of the body (4) and extending in a circumferential direction is changed as required. At least in a second break region (B) and a third break region (C), a circumferential breakable line (53) extending continuously in the circumferential direction along an axially lower end part of the groove (46) is formed in the hanging wall (10).
Multi-compartment container
Described herein are multi-unit storage devices where two separate compartments are joined in a manner such that accessing one of the compartments does not compromise product held in the other compartment. The separate compartments may be vacuum or otherwise sealed such that when the seal is broken, access to the products contained therein is provided. Each of the compartments may be independently sealed.
