TUBULAR CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME
Provided is a tubular container capable of improving extractability of contents inside the container. The tubular container includes: a trunk portion having a tubular shape one end of which is closed, the trunk portion being formed by using a film member containing a resin material, and being capable of storing contents therein; and a spout portion attached to the other end of the trunk portion, and capable of closing the other end of the trunk portion. On a peripheral portion of the spout portion, the other end of the trunk portion is attached to a surface, of the spout portion, on a side opposite to the one end of the trunk portion.
Rotatable beverage can cover
The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) enables a beverage drinker of a stay-on-tab beverage can (100) to drink the beverage (600) without being subjected to unsanitary lid surface conditions . The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) comprises a circular surface (210), a curved side wall (300) and a notch (500). The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) is fastened to the stay-on-tab beverage can (100) and placed in its “sanitary protection” position so that: a) the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the drinking contact area (190) and b) the notch (500) on the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) allows access to the pull tab area (195). The beverage drinker rotates the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) to move the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) from its “sanitary protection” position to its“drinking access” position so that: a) the circular surface (210) of the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the pull tab area (195): and b) the notch (500) allows access to the drinking contact area (190) and the scored opening (126).
Closure for Medicament Container
The present disclosure relates to a closure cap for sealing an outlet end of a barrel of a medicament container, the outlet end having a radially widened rim and the outlet end being sealable by an elastomeric seal, wherein the elastomeric seal comprises a flange portion configured to abut in a longitudinal direction with the outlet end, the closure cap comprising: a cap body comprising a retainer portion and a fastening portion, wherein the retainer portion is configured to engage with the elastomeric seal, wherein the fastening portion comprises a resiliently and radially deformable fastener comprising a snap feature configured to releasably engage with the radially widened rim of the outlet and, and wherein a longitudinal distance between the retainer portion and the snap feature is sized to receive the radially widened rim and the flange portion of the elastomeric seal between the retainer portion and the snap feature.

Cap and induction seal designed to be opened by piercing in a diagnostic analyzer
Embodiments are directed to a removable cap with a top hole and a seal with a heat induction closure for sealing an opening of a container. Advantageously, the cap and the seal do not need to be removed for a probe to access contents of the container, when used in a diagnostic analyzer, thereby eliminating operator steps of cap removal and seal peeling/perforation. Automated opening of the cap and seal combination is provided by puncturing the seal. The seal retains its opened shape required for unobstructed, non-contact probe access to contents of the container. The seal is comprised of three layers: a first polymer sealing layer capable of being heat-sealed to a container; an aluminum foil layer on top of the first polymer sealing layer, configured to heat seal the first layer by inductive heating; and a second polymer layer on top of the aluminum foil layer for protection.

Reagent container, reagent suction method and sample measuring apparatus
The present invention is directed to suppress adhesion of a reagent to the periphery of an opening of a reagent container. The reagent container is a reagent container used for a sample measuring apparatus having a suction tube for suctioning a reagent, and includes a reagent, an upper surface part having an opening, a side surface part, and a bottom surface part that defines an internal space in which the reagent is stored, and a suction tube introducing part extending from the upper surface part to a position above the liquid level of the reagent to introduce the suction tube received from above the opening into the internal space.

COMPOSITION FOR PROTECTIVE COVER AND CAP
The present invention provides, for example, a protective cover composition used for preparing a cap, the cap including a cap body and a protective cover. The protective cover composition is used for preparing the protective cover, includes a styrene-based block copolymer including a styrene monomer as a constituent unit. A content ratio of the styrene monomer is 10 to 60% by mass.
Child-resistant, resealable container
A container and method include a bowl having an interior for storing a substance, an openable lower lid for accessing the substance when the lower lid is in an open configuration, and an upper lid for retaining the substance within the interior of the bowl and the lower lid. The lower lid in the open configuration is replaceable and resealable using an adhesive to be in a closed configuration, with the substance sealed within the bowl. The bowl, the lower lid, and the upper lid are composed of a biodegradable or recyclable material. A ring is disposed under a lip of the bowl and engageable with the upper lid for establishing a child-resistant engagement between the upper lid and the bowl. An intermediate lid pushes against an engagement surface of the bowl for locking the upper lid and the ring together.
