Pull back closure
The invention described herein relates broadly to closure assemblies, and methods of use and manufacture thereof. More particularly, certain embodiments relate to assemblies and methods for closing an opening defined by a spout provided on a flexible container utilising a capping member having a plugging portion and a substantially fracturable retaining skirt. Embodiments provide may an adequate seal for the contents contained within bags against the significant pressure placed upon the closure by the often weighty and voluminous contents of the packaging. Furthermore, the closure may be easily and comfortably removable by a user whilst managing the handling of the bag.
Container for mixable powder or liquids
A removable container for powder or liquid includes a housing, a spilling mechanism and a bypass element. The housing hangs within a bottle and is capable of storing powder within the bottle while being sealed from a precursor liquid held within the bottle. The spilling mechanism enables the powder to spill out of the housing and into the precursor liquid and the bypass element provides the precursor liquid out of the bottle without mixing with the stored powder.
Overcap with cutting ring for rigid paper cans
A novel closure for a container is provided. The closure comprises an overcap and a built in blade ring for making a circumferential cut in the container body so the top portion of the body can be removed to expose the container contents.
Bottle cap with integrated bottle opener
A bottle cap includes a cap body for covering an opening of a bottle. A bottle opener is integrally formed into the cap body for removing a crimped, twist-off or pop-off type cap from another bottle. The cap body includes an outer surface and the bottle opener is formed as a groove in a portion of the outer surface. The bottle cap need not be removed to access the bottle opener and the cap may be removed from another bottle while cap body is covering the opening of its associated bottle.
LID OPENING AND CLOSING MECHANISM, ELECTRONIC DEVICE
The lid opening and closing mechanism in the present disclosure has an operating member which is displaceable relative to a housing body, and a drive mechanism. When the operating member is in a first position relative to the housing body, the drive mechanism locks the lid so that the lid does not move in a predetermined direction, and when the operating member is moved to a second position relative to the housing body, the drive mechanism releases the lock on the lid, moves the lid in the predetermined direction by at least a predetermined distance, and separates the lid from a predetermined face in a direction perpendicular to the predetermined face.
Device for Opening and Re-Closing Food-Containing Packages
A device for opening and re-closing food-containing packages includes a pouring element with a circumferential flange for fastening to the package and a neck for pouring, as well as a cutting element, which is arranged inside the neck and has a plurality of teeth, which are arranged around the circumference and directed towards the package, and a screw cap, the cutting element cutting a pouring opening into the composite film material as a result of a rotational movement of the screw cap when the package is opened for the first time. The teeth of the cutting element have a steep gradient at the tip thereof, a shallower gradient at the flanks thereof and a steep gradient again at the bases thereof.
Re-Closeable Cap for a Can
A re-closeable cap is outfitted upon an upper portion of a beverage can or a series of beverage cans in a multi-pack arrangement for providing a protective barrier atop opened beverage cans. The re-closeable caps include a unibody material construction particularly configured to comprise a cap rim and a cap plate centrally located relative to the cap rim. The cap rim attaches the re-closeable cap to a can rim. The cap plate includes a static portion and at least one dynamic portion all formed from the unibody material construction with complex upper surface landscape and cut lines. The dynamic portions are pivotal relative to the static structure for providing a can-opening access aperture for enabling a user to consume can contents and closing the can-opening access aperture for enabling the user to cover the can opening during contents consumption.
DOUBLE-WALL COOLING APPARATUS FOR USE WITH A BEVERAGE CONTAINER
Disclosed is a double-wall cooling apparatus for use with a beverage container to keep the beverage or cold drinks cold for hours. The double-wall cooling apparatus includes a bottom section, a top section, and a twist-lock. The bottom section haying a cylindrical shape to conform to the shape of the beverage container. The bottom section comprises a closed bottom portion and an open-top portion. The top section being inwardly contracted at the top to form an opening. The twist-lock secures be top section and the bottom section. The bottom section and the top seem are detachably connected therewith.
MULTILAYER DRINKING CAN SYSTEM
A dual compartment mixing and drinking container may include two vertically stacked first and second compartments separated by a membrane or seal, each containing one dry or liquid component of a final mixed drink. In operation, each compartment holds one component to be mixed with the other compartment. The container may include a means for opening the container that may also simultaneously puncture the membrane such that the first compartment and the second compartment may be in fluid communication with one another in order to mix the two components upon opening the container.
Container and container with enclosed contents
A container includes a bag, which has an internal space to accommodate contents and a first opening, and a fastener to open and close the first opening. The bag places contents into the internal space through the first opening. The bag also has a second opening and also places contents into the internal space through the second opening.
